I’ve only ever come here through their drive thru. CS is always good and food is great for what you’re getting. It’s fast food so can’t expect too much. But they always get it done right so absolutely no complaints.

Like good bbq brisket, a good chicken sandwich is hard to find. To me, Popeyes is the chicken sandwich king. Watching a Megatoad video, he ranked BK and Popeyes as equals. I had to find out. So right off the bat, this was not as good as Popeyes. But its a close second. I do prefer the crunch of Popeyes, but this WAS a good sandwich. Nice and juicy. I think its even better than Chick-fil-A. Its 1000 times better than Jacks.

We went through the drive through a little while ago. The associate who took our order was borderline rude but no big deal, maybe he is having a rough day. We get home and open our food, there is no cheese on my cheeseburger, again, no big deal, I grabbed a slice of cheese from my refrigerator and popped it in the microwave for a few seconds. Here’s the part of the experience that upsets me, my daughter bites into her burger and informs me that there is no patty in her bacon cheeseburger. I tried calling them to inform them of the mistake and the phone just rings and rings. I tried filling out the survey online and I am unable to based on my receipt information. So here I am, writing this long review over a $2 cheeseburger, just to say BK, you can do better.

Poor service the drive thru worker was very rude and was rushing us while we was trying to look at the menu told us we need to get out of the drive thru with no body behind us then told us at the window it was our job to look for sauce in our bag very rude and now the restaurant will not answer calls

Seriously!??? This is so unprofessional and unacceptable!! My 4 year old could do a better job! $11 for this meal and the only thing good was the large coke and fries!! Will never be in this ghetto BK again!!!

I was disappointed with the whopper, the bread seemed kinda stale and it had very little condiments. But the original chicken sandwich was good, it lacked a little mayo but overall ok.
