Worst Burger King ever. If you actually want it your way, go somewhere else. They barely speak English at this location. I ordered on the mobile app. I arrived for pick up and decided I wanted a coke slurpee as well. I asked for a medium coke slurpee for $1 as it stated on the menu. They said we don’t have medium, only small or large. The entire interaction was impossible. I decided not to get the slurpee and if i could have I would’ve canceled the entire order. They were also rude once I got to the window. So glad I’m moving away.

I went there yesterday thru the drive thru and the 2 male employees were either incredibly stupid or incredibly high! They forgot to include literally HALF of my order of 2 chicken sandwiches & 2 medium fries. They forgot the fries, napkins and the ketchup THEY asked me 3X times if I wanted and they still forgot it! The guy in glasses behind the counter was incredibly rude when I had to come back for it. I will never go back!

I’m always a little suspect of this BK, but that’s only because of its location. It seems strangely far from the main road and the seemingly abandoned parking lot behind it gives me Stephen King Langolier vibes. On another note, I do enjoy stopping by for breakfast. The hash browns are a household favorite and the sausage croissants are equally delicious. Customer service is always nice, food is fast and piping hot fresh.

Horrible customer service! We ordered the $12 whopper meal and paid with our debit card. The employee gave us the drinks and meal, and then swiped the card. She stated that the card was declined and swiped it an additional 3 times. My wife checked her online bank website and it said the money was already paid. The employee then had the manager come and the manager said we did not pay, even though we showed her the bank statement. This was about 10 minutes in the drive through window. Finally I suggested we pull out front to solve the issue. My wife went inside and for another 25 minutes had to contact the bank, which said the money had already been sent. Finally it came down to the burger king machine having an issue. We asked the manager to reheat our paid for food and she said she couldn’t do that and only have us one hot fry and no other consolation for wasted time. I will never go back to this establishment!

The place is nice and clean, it’s not noisy like someplace else, the associate who was taking the order was very polite I forgot to get her name she was nice , I only waited for 5 minutes to get my ordered. I will go back again. Ginny

Hugo Colmenero Corona

I ordered a chicken sandwich with spicy meat inside. The combo was a number 9. Overall, I liked the meal yet the chicken wasn’t fully cooked well as I eat a piece later that was undercooked. I like Burger King. Hamburgers though that have fresh vegetables, easy to squeeze bread and with cooked well and hot meat makes a big difference with the meal experience.
