I love Burger King! It has always been my go-to place for a fast food burger. But in recent years Ive found it has gone down hill-service and food quality. However, this visit was incredible! The location was renovated- store and staff, AND the food quality was as I remembered it from my past! Really good burger. AND they didn’t mess up the order. 5 stars my my favorite burger spot! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The guy at the register was rude. I couldn’t get two words out of my mouth before he asked if I was done. He was using foul language. My grandsons kids meal had burnt nuggets and no toy. When I asked about the toy he practically threw it at me. The fries were not cooked all the way. Never again coming here

The drive through attendant was not wearing a mask. The other workers appeared to wear a mask, but people at the counter inside were not either. The employee that took our order sounded like he was high. The employee at the drive through seemed more interested in hanging out with his coworker who was horsing around, pushing each other and speaking to each other in another language (which is fine, that isn’t a complaint, only potentially helpful information for their employer). Our drinks tasted…for lack of a better word, dirty. Our burgers were not completely what we ordered, they were missing ingredients and one of the burgers had something that 2as either bad or spoiled in it? Looked like mustard but tasted…also dirty and had a slight chemical aftertaste. my burger had a weird taste to it, and the fries tasted like the oil was old. We did not drink them after the first sip. This was wholly disgusting, and clearly the staff here had more important things to do than their jobs.
