I’ve had some bad fast food experiences in the past, but this place is one of the worst. Twenty minutes+ to get my food. Had to wait for the girl working the window to finish texting before she helped me. Got the order and it was wrong. Decided just to eat what they gave me, but it was also cold. Terrible experience across the board.

42$ for 2 combos and a kids meal. Seriously these are real restaurant prices. How is 1 combo 16$ this is insanity. Never again. Communication wasn’t great at the window either. 42$ not a single napkin. Lazy people and I got all the way home and 1 of the drinks that cost a fortune was watery carbonation so gross .

If I could I would leave this BK 0 ⭐️’s every time I come to this BK for dinner they are always closed doesn’t matter what time it is. Went to BK drive thru recently and they said what can we get for you? Told them my order then there was no response, I waited and said hello, then they say oh sorry we’re closed this BK is the worst. Went across the street to KFC to see that BK was not closed and they were taking other customer orders this BK has the worst customer service they choose when they’re closed

Teen aged employee threw my money back at me in drive thru telling me her manager told her “she didn’t have to serve anyone she didn’t want to serve”. The problem was I had asked why there was a 20 minute wait in drive thru. District manager was professional and handled the situation well.

They are just awfully lazy! They never have their doors open for dine in they dont go by their menu burger for breakfast or anything for that matter they shout obscenities at customer out their back door, and constantly make people sick, this store need to be redone completely I dread to think of what the inside looks like.

Shows the lobby open at 6 a.m. it was still locked at 7 a.m. and the drive thru was not really even open yet. The breakfast sandwich was not very good. The person at the window was not very professional.

This burger is never open after 6-7pm despite saying online they’re open until 10pm as well as a sign on their door saying 10pm! The employees preparing food also never wear hair nets which is a health violation and 3 times in a row I’ve found a long strand of hair in my burger. Because of which the thought of burger King now makes me feel sick to my stomach and I don’t eat there anymore and I haven’t in a long time.

I originally rated this place 1 star a couple of years ago and decided to go back and happy to say that we no longer get food poisoning and the food is good again. The employees have been polite too. Glad that things are better here now.

I ordered an iced tea through and I it looks like some had already drank from it. The middle star was indented, all the little bubbles were pressed in and there was no ice at all in it. I called when I go to my location and all they had to say was “oh im sorry, you must have gotten someone else’s order”. They gave me a fresh iced tea but just the fact that they didn’t seem to care something like this happened makes me wonder if they recycle “wrong” orders too?
