This Burger King location is by far the worst I’ve ever been too. In the last 6 months I’ve tried to go 3 times. First 2 times I was told they can’t take cards. The reader was broke and BK was unable to take cards for months. Manager /owner must not have enough brains to call the merchant company and have a new one sent out. Today I go and I make sure I have cash and then I’m told they can only take cards as there was no cash drawer in the register. I asked how they were doing business at 230 pm with no cash and no drawer? I asked for the manager and I was told there wasn’t a manager on property. However, as I was pulling up to the window an employee, guessing a manager, was sweeping her card in the register to gain access to the register to fix something. So I thought it was strange that I was lied too about no manager being there. Unless the manager went for a drink and gave the card to a regular employee. I was the only drive thru customer. 1 person eating inside. The people not coming to this pathetic dump of a restaurant are much smarter than me. I left without my food and will never go back again. I hope soon we get a real restaurant that wants to feed the people and make money. This Burger King is the exact opposite. I’m pretty sure they are going out of business and only staying open for some kind of legal reasons.

Went through drive through ordered whopper Jr w/cheese it wasn’t even room temperature warm it was cold and the cheese was cold not melted. I also waited many minutes to get it so I figured it would be hot and fresh. Nope!

Went through the drive through. First felt like I was being rushed, then when I got to the window our drinks had little or no ice. We ordered nuggets and had to ask for barbecue sauce. Initially they forgot one drink, when I asked again for it the lid was not on it all the way and spilled all over me and the center console. If any of my electronics become sticky or in operable I will be going after Fernley burger King for the expenses. I thought burger King was better than this, I guess cheap help is really showing up in this socialistic world we live in. So I won’t be visiting this place again.

Where to begin? What a waste of $12.68. I did the drive-thru and got the number one Whopper meal. I soon learned why I was alone in the drive-thru lane, and I saw that the inside was vacant. Everyone else apparently read the reviews on this place. Anyway, I started by ordering coke, but they were out of coke. I’m not sure how a fast food joint runs out of Coke but there you go. I was told I’d be given sugar for the tea that I ordered, but got mostly Sweet and Low which doesn’t work for me. The fries were old….and cold. The whopper was the same. They’d been sitting for awhile, I guess. No ketchup either. Guess I should have asked for it, not that drowning the fries in ketchup would have really improved the taste. I asked for a receipt once I got my order, but was told that there was no printer paper to make receipts. How in the heck does a COMPETENT manager allow that to happen? This store is just AWFUL. The owners of this franchise should really evaluate closing this place up. The quality is one star! I won’t return. I want a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding this “restaurant” if it may be called as such!

After multiple items missing, I looked at my food and multiple were wrong. Had them remade an item and it can’t back wrong again. Got someone else’s order and gave it back open (she watched me open the burger) and she gave it to the correct customer!!! Mozzarella sticks were beyond cold. Missing a fry still, she said not a the combo orders came with fries…? Missing a drink and was told the combo didnt have a drink…? She verified applesauce on a kids meal but didn’t give it to me even when I said I didn’t want the fries. App won’t let me make a complaint and the phone number doesn’t go to real people just an automated system to do it on app.

Came in while was slow they talking about people cholesterol and dining area was not clean floors weren’t swept table had stuff all over them bathroom needed attention no soap for hands. Paper towels toilet paper all over bathroom. When confronted about the bathroom lady claimed she didn’t know how to change soap dispenser. Not saying it bad service but for a time that It slow place should look a bit better. Some training needs be done. Lady when confronted did start wiping tables and cleaning up around place. She said she was very sorry.
