Every time we come to this Burger King it’s a disaster. The employees have the worst attitude. If you hate your job, QUIT!!!! I asked for the 2 entrees for $6 and the female helping was like “what’s that?” With an attitude! Like really?! You don’t even know your menu? I would understand if the person was new but clearly she was being rude about it. We get home and notice they didn’t give us our 2 for $6 burgers so we had to go back…our fries were also burnt the people in front of us were complaining about their fries also being burnt and all they said was “we need to finish this batch before making more.” WHAT?!?! This place is a joke!

Ordered two chicken jr. for my daughter and they gave us this. You can literally tell the lettuce is brown and has gone bad. They should be ashamed of themselves. Thank GOD my daughter looked at it before eating it. Definitely serving old expired food here that you can visual see is gone bad.

Making a drive thru order wait 11 min to place order while you say please wait repeatedly, is unacceptable. Phasing out breakfast and then raking their order after they arrive to order breakfast and you said please wait, is rude. Simply rude. You can say we are switching early off of breakfast, not leave me hanging when I ordered in time and cut me off as well as waste my gas. … pass. I can get better service at the ghetto one on Sahara.

I do not recommend this BK at all they are rude and last time I went they had me waiting 15 min in the drive thru because they were playing in the kitchen area and I saw when the decided to take my order and when I did get it it was so horrible the food was all past due like black lettuce and green mold in the bun and old chicken it was horrible.

This place has gone down hill since the past 2 years. Employees have the worst attitudes. They have people waiting for almost 30min for food that is cold, moldy, or burnt. None of the meals have had the right ingredients, or i have missing food items when i order multiple things. I have given this place way too many chances, hoping it was just a bad day, short staff issues, or a busy day, but they have the worst service every single time. They need to replace the whole staff because none of them have a good attitude even if you fake it at least TRY to be nice.

Probably one of the worst lunches I’ve ever had. There were four of us in our family eating there that day. It cost $60 and the food was terrible. The guy cooking looked like he was so stoned could barely move while making the burgers. When we got everything it was cold and dry, the onion rings were disgusting dried-up shriveled Little things. We will never go back.

Place was empty and it was almost 6ish seemed blah. Soda machine had no ice and only had like 3 options for drinks. Had to ask for ice then had to ask if they had other drinks on drive thru machine. Maybe if they had better service then they would be busy during rush hour instead of dead.

This place is horrible. My son and I waited for ever in the drive thru waiting to order. When we finally did the kid taking the order had a horrible attitude. When we pull around to the window we had to sit and wait another 10 minutes. There was a car at the window where you could visibly see the customers complaining about their order. Something transpired between the workers and the customer’s where someone got out of the car and was ready to fight the workers. A rock got thrown at the drive thru window where it it broke and at that point I seen enough. Welp there was still another car in front of me where they paid for their food even after already seeing what transpired before them. She even ended up getting her money back before pulling off with no food. Needless to say I drove right passed the window without stopping. At this point shut this place down already. It has been pretty spotty with service for years now! They can’t seem to hire any decent people anymore!

Very bad service, waited to order for 15-20 mins. The worst customer service due to them being in a bad mood because they were really busy. They even closed the lobby because they didn’t want anyone to keep coming in to order.
