Ordered 2 impossible burgers and 2 large fries. While they prepared it, they were complaining about the order to each other. I only received 1 burger and 2 fries. I didn’t notice until we drove away. I didn’t have time to drive back to get the missing burger even though I had paid for it. I’m not going back there for a while.

i disslike doing negitive reviews, but the bathrooms were filthy and concerned me for my daughter. several tables were unusable due to water damage, (where theres water damage theres mold). dining room walls dirty, booths stained, ketchup dispenser sticky and gross. was charged $1.09 for 4 ranch packets when we just bought 3 burgers and 2 large fries. the food seemed fresh, but is less enjoyable when you have hygine concerns while trying to eat. The place just really needs some maintenence and a deep clean.

The BK in Prescott Valley is never busy so in 2 years of being here we finally gave it a shot. Bad mistake. Ordered a JR whopper no onions or mayo, it came with bothon the burger and ALOT of mayo. Ordered sides of bbq, no bbq sauce was put in the bag. Cold fries and no napkins rounded out our not beautiful trip to BK. Also we paid 22.00 for this dinner and if we are going to pay that price we will go to in n out every time! The very sad thing is we were the only customer in line!

Dining area was dirty just about every table had someone’s previous meal on it and the floor was gross. We were the only ones there about 10:30 am on a SATURDAY. Food Was barely ok. Food was not hot when we got it. And it would be nice if some one actually cleaned the highchairs once, in awhile Had the same stains as over a month ago.
