I often frequent this particular restaurant and have no issues. This was a different day however. When I got there there a bit past 2 in the afternoon, there was one person in front of me and it appeared only one person working. It took forever and a day (15 min) for them to get the order to me. The restaurant was not clean like it usually is and they didn’t seem very busy however, the drive through may have been. This wasn’t this particular restaurants best day.

Window worker was more concerned with telling my husband to speak up and more clearly into a machine vs getting the order correct. Got home to find that the kids meal hamburger was drenched in mustard. Didn’t get the sauces we asked for, and the drink lids were falling off. What is the point in taking an order if you’re gonna decide what it is for me… take some pride in your work.

Speedy enough, but there were seriously some sort of chemical fumes going on a few months ago. I don’t know how they couldn’t smell it. Spouse in the passenger seat started coughing and gagging from the smell. We literally cannot go back there. Not sure if they addressed it, but staying away to be safe.

First time going here ( my son was hungry and it was on our way home). Went through drive thru. The young lady who took our order is a manager, LOVED her personality (I am fanatical when it comes to customer service)! She was so personable and friendly, that I really felt happy that we stopped there! We had to wait for our food, so we pulled into the parking lot. And not only did this very friendly manager bring us our food, with a bright smile, my son’s food was fresh, and his fries piping hot! Nice!!!!

Hopefully just a one-time occurrence but picked up food through the drive-thru and was told to park to wait for food, which is not an issue. The issue is that when being asked to park, you would assume it is so they can finish cooking the food you ordered (i.e. reasonable expectation that it would be fresh). However, fries were cold, kids nuggets were visibly old, as were the mozzarella sticks.

Never get my order right any time I go through and when I ask for fresh food they drop fries or chicken in the fryer to heat it back up. I used to work for burger King in high school so I know the chicken takes 6 minutes to cook in the fryer. Odd that they can somehow do it in 2 minutes and hand me my food.

Unfriendly drive thru service & they are always making mistakes. They never say THANK YOU, have a nice day or anything else that lets me know they appreciate my patronage. The food isn’t that great either, especially when they mess up my order. The part that REALLY irritates me is when we have a SIMPLE order and no one else is behind us in the drive through line and they still make us pull around to the front so they can take their time and eventually walk out our order. They need to learn to just be faster at serving customers in the drive thru instead of trying to cheat your drive thru clock.

I went here for lunch today.. I don’t even know if I want to complete the survey on the back of the receipt and I don’t feel like I should have to call the manager everytime my order isn’t correct! I am only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Everytime I go here I order the exact same thing… Most of the time I receive the entire order but when I don’t I am ALWAYS missing the nuggets. Today was no different. I decided I wouldn’t waste my time calling so that I could get them next time because I wont be returning. The food I did receive was NASTY. The fries all 10 of them were ok but not very hot. The cheeseburgers were absolutely horrible. The first one I opened had lettuce in the wrapper (there is no lettuce on the cheeseburger) and it smelled funky. The second one smelled ok but was extremely dry and had 2 pickles on it (I ordered extra pickles) is there a ketchup and mustard shortage I am unaware of?!

Two days in a row, sat in drive through, no one even took my order. Watched the employee make coffee and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. It’s fine, they make food ahead of time and it’s usually cold and greasy anyway.
