First I was refused to use digital coupons because the system was too old.Opened my burger to a huge pile of salt and pepper. I waited long to get my food and to get this. Very disappointed , waste of money , had to toss it out. Tried wiping off the salt and all I can taste is salt. My husband’s burger had so much mayonnaise, he had to toss it out.

This Burger King so far has been pretty good, it’s staff has been consistent and friendly the times that I’ve come to just pick up a quick order for lunch/dinner. Whenever I order thankfully it’s been hot and ready to eat. Though I’m only giving this a 4/5 stars, due to the fact that I don’t eat at the restaurant to take in the atmosphere and I don’t know more about here than when I do quick ordering.

Words cannot describe the frustration I felt with this horrible place. I had gone through the drive through and ordered my food but I had to repeat myself 3 times when I had gotten my food I didn’t feel comfortable with the hesitation of them telling me to pull up to the next window so I checked and they gave me the wrong food which was put in the bag without a care in the world fries everywhere the wrapper not around the burger properly and a ranch that was crushed even tho I didn’t ask for it. I went inside with my receipt and told them what had happened as respectful as I could and the manger just said “deal with it” MIND YOU I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT HAD ORDERED ANYTHING IN THE TIME SPAND THAT I WAS THERE. it took everything in my soul not to throw my drinks at this manger because of how much sasss was put into her words. I was so positive all morning but that ruined my whole day. Never go during the mornings they will waste all of your time and money and disrespect you and set an awful example for all burger kings.

When you order your food in the drive-thru, they always just pull you around to falsify the numbers. I understand when there are other vehicles behind you and their orders are faster to get out, but not if you are the only vehicle. And then when I pulled around and walked in order was already done. Absolutely no reason to pull around. We go through the drive-thru for convenience, pulling around and parking in 100 degrees is far from convenient. Customer service has really gone to s#!t

This location does not accept cash. The lady at the counter asked me if i had already placed an order when i walked in. I said no and that i needed to order. I said that i only have cash and couldnt order on the app. She said that they couldnt take cash, i needed a card, and then she turned away and started taking a drive through order. I was trying to verify with her that they didnt take cash when she ignored me to walk away. I waited for another employee to come to the counter and asked if they accepted cash. They shrugged, said i dont know and that they would have to ask the lady that told me they dont take cash. I assumed the answer would be the same and walked out.

This place was sooo good to me!! Fast service, i was greeted at the door, lobby was clean and stocked, they handled my weird whopper order beautifully, everything was so hot i had to wait for it to cool down and thats a good thing! the parking lot had no trash in it and everyone was super friendly to me. Oh! and they have surge and slurpees here i love it
