I was helped by Adriel and right away let me use the restroom without harassing me to buy first then he helped with my order. All I did was mention under my breath that I wish burger served the meal a certain way amd when I got my meal he actually listened and made it happen and tried to bring it to my table even. Used the app to order twice and both times food wasn’t ready and had to wait quite awhile upon arrival. Last time we ordered two impossible whoppers and when I got them home both were completely raw in huge spots on them and had to finish cooking them. Staff is indifferent to slightly rude.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever tried and I don’t think highly of any Burger King at all, even McDonald’s taste better and rarely do they ruin the food as often and as bad as this Burger King does! I would suggest anybody to try a different restauatant to save your money and food experience. well I must say when I dined in for lunch it was great service especially but the other day thru the drive thru I was givin two drinks and was waiting for my burgers when I was like how.much longer and then the drive thru dude who right off the bat hands two drinks thru the window long story short he asked for them back I handed one to him and told him I was drinking out of one and he wanted it regardless and I said I think it’s illegal or unsanitary to take food back into the restaurant. I’ve never ever had a fast food place that messed up on his own not from anything I did ask and demand for anything back let alone drinks. made me really regret not launching the soda he gave and wanted back that I gave back. talk about crying over non spilled milk but over wrong orders drink. I’m curious what he intended on doing with them

Lovin’ every minuet Of it!

Awesome! I was greeted with smiles all around before the door shut behind me. Had my order and a hot Whopper Jr in less than 3 mins. I felt so cozy I chose to dine in. Love the high seats with a view. Also manager came out to lobby and mingled with the customers. I travel back and forth to the valley 6 days a week for work, and this is most definitely our new go to spot.

Good, but they need to raise the temperature in the dining area a few degrees they keep it at like 65 in there my food gets cold before I can finish it, and I feel like I need a sweater to go in there lol
