Worst experience I’ve had at a Burger King. I handed the manager $22.60 on a $7.58 bill and she hands me back 2 cents and tells me I’m lying to her that I only gave her $7.60. Customer service is a 0 at this store if the manager acts like this to customers To busy trying to count her drawer so she can go home to pay attention to her job. She says she can check the tapes but won’t do it. Hopefully she checks them so she can see how poorly she does her job. Highly recommend you make sure You pay attention to what’s going on when you’re ordering here. Will never go to another Burger King after this experience!

No more! Burger king has been going straight down hill for years. This was the worst visit. This is all burger King’s here anyway. The food is so bad. Had the original chicken sandwich – which tasted like it could have been THE original one. From years ago. Dry – too dry . Chicken was thin and overdone .reheat from another day. Me and my husband just had a simple but pleasant experience with the man who helped us in the drive through tonight. We didn’t catch his name but he was probably about 50 ish years old. When we pulled into the drive through to place our order, we were greeted with kind and helpful words. When we got to the window, he was more than happy to help us and was very polite. It was around 10pm and it’s a Saturday, so most people would have been annoyed that they had to work late on a weekend night, but he made us smile just because of the happiness and kindness he showed us. He embodied what customer service should look like!

I’ve been going to this BK for the last two years, and it is usually a decent experience. On Friday night (7/28) just before 5:30 p.m., I waited in the drive-thru for more than 20 minutes before getting my food. I had an online order pick up and confirmed it fairly quick. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. Each car took a while to get their food. When I got up to the window, no one was there. I waited for what seemed like way too long. I finally saw someone, but he got himself some tea and left the area. Another employee then came by to clock in. I guess she was on break, and the other guy had left for break. It still took a while before she opened the window. No one ever asked me what I wanted to drink (I didn’t choose in the app), so when the girl opened the window, I told her what drink I wanted, and she got that to me. She asked if someone else’s order was mine. I said no. I waited a while again before I finally got my food. It was about 5:50pm when I got it. This has never happened before, and I’ll never go back to this BK location again.

Was only person in line and had to wait a long time before my order was taken even after employee acknowledged that I was there. Inside the restaurant was very nice and I was impressed and could immediately tell that it had been remodeled. It looks like many of the older locations in my area are getting a make over.

Worst BK experience ever staff more focused on the ONE car in drive through the manager argued with a customer who clearly asked for a large drink and handed her a medium then charged her more because “she never said that”

Must be a newer BK, it was very clean and the service was on point. Above and beyond for a fast food restaurant. We were helped by a gentleman named Jon who was so kind and understanding with my picky-eater son. Hopefully someone gives that man a raise!

The mozzarella sticks were smoother than a cheeto, looks like they used flour instead of bread crumbs. That may be a chain-wide thing. This sad “ghost pepper whopper” is definitely location-specific and I don’t even know if I’m going to eat it.
