Best burger King I’ve gone too so far. Quick road trip stop, workers were nice and friendly. When my family and I got our food it was nice, hot, and it was pretty fresh for a burger king. Bathroom smelled and clean.

I came here because my kids were very excited about the new Spider-Man items they had to offer. I now see why this Burger King location has so many bad reviews. I got the Spider-Man Sunday and they literally gave it to me in a water cup. as we were driving away My kids noticed there was no toy in the kids meals which once again, was the whole reason we came. I went back real quick to see if they had forgotten the toy and the guy’s answer to me was that they don’t usually have toys here and they just give a cookie instead. Extremely poor quality and very poor service. It is a Burger King. I’m not expecting much, but they really went way below any expectation I could’ve ever had.

Stopped in for dinner last night with nobody up front, yelled hello a few times with no answer, checked the restrooms nobody there either, opened the door to inside the kitchen area and there the employees were, got chastised for opening the door. Got a a problem with it lock the door. So called manager with purple hair not very professional. Won’t be back. Went to whataburger.

I went and was the only person in line and had just ordered a double burger and I pulled up to the window, the lady said it will be out in just a minute, after 15 minutes I left. My family and I have been there on multiple occasions and experienced terrible service. Like really guys, this is fast food.

This place has roaches the size of small mice I seen 2 of them next to the counter going toward soda machine the place is nasty pulled up to order food and they were all outside vapeing on those marijuana pens the manager was there with the whole crew I just left I can’t believe this place they need tobget more people the kindest guy he was older white gentleman I came inside that morning he was doing cleanup or something but had the shirt on and was sweating like a pig I was getting to the door when he stood there golding it for me I’m unable to walk well so he held it open until I passed and I thanked him he said he would have gladly took my order and brought it to me but sometimes I like to sit and observe the surroundings and I tell you he was the only one working everyone else was playing on there phones and eating from the fry machine where the fries sit all day long but I will not be going there again they need new managers to get these kids in order they have to just get the kinda guys like the one that helped me but I guess he just cleans the place but we talked for a few minutes and said he was a manager for many places and there all this way nowadays nothing but kids that have mom and dad helping them out. But I haven’t seen him lately I’m so unhappy I hope he found a better job he is a great chef showed me his website for catering and wow this is what burgerking needs a leader like this guy he knows his stuff.okay community don’t go to this burgerking it’s a real trashcan of a place thanks for reading my post

went in to the dining room around 10am and ordered, girl taking my order was nice. place seemed clean and food was good, did not take very long to get my food. the two girls in the front were very friendly. will definitely be coming back to this location!!

Just shut this location down so a quality fast food place can come in. This BK is the absolute worst. Just sat in the drive thru line for 17 min. I didn’t even bother getting my food, just drove out. You don’t deserve my business. This isn’t the first time this location has fallen short in customer service, but it will be the last time I go there. Please close.

Worst experience ever. Went in with my 2 kids to grab something quick. No line inside, so shouldn’t take long. I waited 20mins before they started handing me food, but then they tell me they don’t have any breaded chicken sandwiches, so now not only did I already wait forever, now I have to wait for my food to be replaced….there is no ice in the coke machine, my fries were under cooked, they only had 3 people working, the food sat in the warmer forever, so naturally the food is getting dried up with hard bread. Disgusting. Horrible, don’t come here

Service was fast and helpful but the food quality is horrible double bacon croissant and get literally 2 small pieces of bacon cut in half, had them make a new one and still pretty small i would like to have some bacon flavor in my meal
