The food was great. The service was horrid because of the young lady at the register. She was rude, grumpy, did not crack a smile. Did not know jhow to give correct change. Our change was 2.62 my wife offered three pennies to make it (2+3= 5) which would have been 2.65. Well, with attitude we were informed She did not know how to make the change because the register had cashed us out. The manager on duty was great, we had a coupon there was some confusion by us as to what we were to get the manager pointed out the fine print we misread it and were happy. This location is near our home and we do trade here when we want burger king, but with front end help with this attitude. We may avoid burger king. There’s a jack in the box quarter mile the other way. And the front end staff is nicer.

Maybe I went at a bad time and was unlucky. Basically there was a bunch of disrespectful teenagers cussing in the kitchen so customers could hear. Food was coming out pretty slow for being one of two customers and plenty of employees behind the counter. I had to place a second order for something I forgot and they messed it up twice and just seemed careless.. the burgers were lukewarm the fries were barely salted and the nuggets seems stale and dry.

I was there on 7/2 around 3:30 pm, the cashier lady have a bad customer service skills, she just standing around not helping other employees and when I ask questions she wasn’t paying attention. Plus she had busted lips and blood stains on her face. At least she should clean her face. It took me at least 15 minutes to get me food.

This place is horrible. They get the orders wrong and the manager doesn’t support refunds. Which is “wonderful” cause the cooks are definitely not trained right so most of the burgers are wrong. They don’t sell gift cards for some reason and also don’t actually do anything with coupons. They’ll take ’em but not subtract it from the cost. If any CEO sees this, this place needs closed. It makes me hate Burger King.

More and more I think restaurants and fast food chains should be marked with 1 Star if their bathrooms are not clean because that the amount of pride they give regarding bathroom cleanliness is another sign of how the kitchen probably looks. I will eat here ever again. The only positive thing I can say is that the manager or supervisor was friendly. Other than that there really isn’t anything else to say. You can tell this place is pretty rundown it needs a makeover and staff that will keep the place clean.

I have never been so disgusted by a Burger King in my entire life. the staff it is super rude. I got in line and waited approximately 10 minutes before someone took my order. while the employees were looking at me standing there. The restrooms are disgusting. The cash register and countertop where you place your order was covered in boxes of ketchup BBQ sauce Ranch Etc. And the soda machine t it’s from the 1950s. I do understand that this location is a franchise but come on Burger King you need to supervise stuff like this so you don’t lose customers

I went in to get the “Your Way Meal.” The TV commercial stated that it would be $ 5.00 dollars + tax. The meal was $6.00 dollars + tax. I ask why it was advertised as $5.00 on the commercial. The cashiers gave me some kind of excuse that it was the State of Arizona’s tax statute, bracket, issue, etc. The commercial did not state that the special didn’t apply to Arizona. If you’re gonna make a statement like that. At least get your facts straight before answering. It’s not about the money. It’s about the principle. Customer’s be aware that this Burger King does not honor what is advertised.

Horrible location. They have messed up 2 of my delivery orders. Tonight they forgot my chicken on my Italian Chicken Sandwich. Yes they didn’t out the chicken on the sandwich and onion rings are old grease. Whoever is managing this restaurant is horrible and the district manager needs to do something.
