September 22 2021 around 4:30pm I order at the drive-thru for my kids and i for a quick meal after school. Very disappointed because it seems I’ve found a bite mark on the meat patty. I only noticed this because the tomatoes lettuce and onions were disheveled on the Burger so I opened it up to place it on properly, this is when I notice the bite mark. I don’t plan on returning because I feel like I can’t trust this establishment. I’m going back to get a refund. Yes I’m disgusted. If this was an honest mistake they should of replaced the meat patty knowing very well what this could look like to a customer. They’ve lost a customer. Thought I should share for the safety of others. I’m flipping it over for a picture of the back side.

Food okay but the soft serve I got was literally half way full 1.29 a peice. We’re talking almost a dollar 50 for a 8 oz cup that’s barely filled halfway. … I mean is what it is. I don’t complain much. I try to reason with what could have been. Maybe she was busy catching up on other work while no customers are there. Idk.. I was actually excited to take my daughter on our date day. It’s Father’s Day and my husband’s working in my son’s with his grandparents. So I decided to make the day fun for my daughter. When we got there the place was completely empty other than a family waiting for their food to go. Clearly the one who was the manager saw me didn’t acknowledge me nothing the person who took my order was filthy rude and when the printer paper ran out and he had to change it not a word was said he just walked away. I could look past these couple little issues however immediately upon getting our food it was cold. Then my daughter states she had to use the restroom which was closed and could not be open. So I asked the manager for bags for my food to go and he just smirked and walked away after handing me the bags not asking if I had an issue. I’ll never return to that Burger King again.

What happened to their burgers? WHERE’S THE BEEF??? The burgers are tiny. Two bites and that will be $8.50 please. Wow. Fries were cold and no salt. Yipes. I’ll go elsewhere.
