My wife a I stopped in this Burger King and I ordered the Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich, first off the restaurant could use so serious cleaning and the restroom as well, it was absolutely filthy but back to the Sandwich, it was made with what looked like the core from the head of lettuce, shockithat someone thought that was OK, I brought it to an employees attention not because I wanted a new Sandwich but just to let them know that it’s not OK.

The food was good. The person that my wife and I thought was the manager (Brandon) said the amount. My wife pays attention to how much stuff cost and she immediately knew something wasn’t right. He said 28.72 I know because I was standing there next to her after she ordered. For chicken combo and a kids meal. She said something about it and he said “it’s higher because it’s at the truck stop.” Then he had an attitude with us about it and took longer to give us our food. This is the second time we had this problem at this location within about 10 days both times Brandon was working the register. The first time we thought maybe we were just tired and didn’t hear him.

Burger King and Taco Bell yeah I just keep driving by folks they’re both disgusting I don’t know how either business stays open I don’t know why anybody gives them money. This review has nothing to do with this location. I haven’t eaten at either one of these brands in several years. I’m not really sure why anybody would. It doesn’t even look good in the pictures.

Dirty and don’t advertise the correct price. When asked why my sandwich was almost $2 more than the price on the menu I was told “our food is more expensive”. I suggest you change the price on your board if that’s the case. Over $15 for a small chicken sandwich meal?! What the H

The prices are WAY too high here. Also, there were only 2 employees on shift during lunchtime. I waited 30 minutes and had to remind them before I got 1 burger and a shake. The food was fine. But the price and service ended my coming here ever again.

I placed my order with Charlie the manager and I told him that it’s been a long time since we’d had BK due to the locations near our house being horrible. He had our meals made as fresh as possible. For him to go out of his way meant a lot to me. Way to go Charlie, my whopper was freakin great thanks to you!

I don’t understand what’s going on at this location, It’s inside the TA Truck stop, you’d think after a trucker driving long distance could get a meal here but no, always closed in the evening, in fact this BK location seems to close when management feels like it, last time I was there I saw a sign on the door saying they close at 8:00 PM due to Covid-19, I really don’t see how closing so early is going to protect anyone from Covid. The food is OK though, I haven’t had any of the sort of experiences other reviewers have had, I just wish us truckers could get some kind of decent food here.
