One car in line ahead of me, 10 minute wait for them to try to give me the order which belonged to the people behind me, the drink I ordered wasn’t available and they took and extra 5 minutes to replace that as I told them I wanted a drink with my meal not a refund for it (which they couldn’t do in store anyhow) my sandwich wasn’t mad with the correct ingredients on it (many were missing) and the (value) onion rings were cold and hard. The amount spent was simply due to use of online coupons/ordering.

Golden Morning

We stopped by around 5:30 on a Friday night. The lobby was empty with the exception of one guy. Crew wasn’t busy and yet the place was extremely filthy. Ketchup dispenser was empty, tub with ketchup packets was empty, all 3 trash cans are full, several tables are dirty, the front counter was dirty with ketchup and drink. I asked to speak to the manager so they ran across the parking lot to grab him. He apologized, said that he’s usually inside. I reminded him that he should be able to step away for a second and trust that his staff are doing their jobs and taking care of the place. He agreed.

I went there for breakfast this morning, when the girl told me my total, I asked why it was so high. She said it was because I substituted soda instead of coffee. I took that as a I reason. I then heard the same cashier ask another worker if she had enough for the order, and the other worker replied everything but a sandwich. I didn’t think anything of it as I was getting drinks I looked at my receipt and noticed they charged me for a sandwich I didn’t order. The worst part is the cashier told the other worker that she didn’t need the sandwich and so they were charging me $5.00 for a sandwich that I wasn’t going to get. I caught it and was able to get a refund. Unhappy with the service as the cashier flat out lied to me about why the total was so high when she over charged me.

The double whopper needed help. It had paper thin tomatoes, a flat leaf lettuce with no crunch to it. The burger needed help but everything else was great and they can make Coke Zero with cherry
