Went through drive-through. Don’t want to believe the woman that took her order was disrespectful and rude. When we got home I was pulling out food out my egg numerous burrito It wasn’t even folded how it should have been my food was laying out in the bag. How disrespectful is that and when you try to call they don’t even answer the phone maybe her make up around her eyes got to her FOOD WAS NASTY

Just wanted a burger, asked for only two things on it and they mistakenly put everything on it, no sweat it happens you know? But seems like whoever took my order was pretty annoyed and she told me what I had placed to order was a regular sandwich which wasn’t a regular if I told her the only two things that I wanted on my sandwich. Just two. She tells me to pull up to the second window where she handed me my sandwich and just closed the window. No apologies, no “sorry sir there was some miscommunication.” nope nothing. I mean to be honest I didn’t need an apology or anything of some sort but still pretty poor customer service on her hand if I’m being honest, management need to take time, maybe one on one with their employees about customer satisfaction. Besides all that the burger and fries were cooked properly and were full of flavor.

This kid is awesome and happy to be at his job and he was super friendly and my food is delicious way better than McDonald’s across the street which is always packed and nasty. Burger King’s is Where it is At! Make sure you give this guy props.

uummm… no. . . my coke tasted like a 90 year old ladies perfume and had a real metalic taste to it. The bun on the burger just fell into pieces when picking it up it was so dry! The tomatoe was rotten and slimy onions like they had been bathed in the restroom sink. The meat was ice cold and it seemed i got someone elses order that they cancelled and can see why. There is clearly no quality control and whom ever is the owner here is clearly lacking the ability to lead anything here. Nasty nasty! $12 meal was thrown in the trash and not even worthy to give to the dog. And for crying out loud only a couple shakes of salt is enough. I couldn’t eat any of the frys since they were crusted over with a layer of salt that they dumped on them. If i was offered to eat here for free as an apology I would say hell to the no! Stay away! Plus when was the last time they had a health inspection.

The current staff do not care to take care of this location. It’s commonly dirty at all times of the day. My last 2 visits I received the completely wrong order, service was extremely disinterested. Staff allowed customers to smoke directly outside the front door. When I said something, no one cared to do anything.

Stopped just to get a diet Dr Pepper. Sat and drank it inside. Premises were clean and they seemed to have mostly drive through business. The restroom however was a real shocker. Toilet was plugged with feces and paper. Urinal filled with stale pee, and the whole place stunk like the situation had existed all day. There was only one person I could see on duty and she seemed to be handling everything.

Very nice a fast. I was very surprised by the drinks. I’m diabetic and so I don’t eat a lot of fast food, but usually when I do it’s cheaper to buy a combo and toss the soda than to buy stuff separate. I will ask the restaurant to pass the drink on to someone else, but most act like I’m a lunatic. I was blown away not only that they would, but no one else was there at the time, but I was able to change my mind because they have a ton of diabetic friendly drinks. Was a good visit.
