Hubby and I ordered some burgers, mine a Whopper Jr with cheese. I don’t know how long that bun had been around, but it was dang near like rubber and the chicken on his sandwich was tough and looked old. Do your employees even look at the food they’re putting together? Don’t know why I come back, there’s always a food quality issue here. We got it to go, and are on our way to a wedding. If we had time I would have returned and let them know.

My wife had bought us some scratchers and we had just sat down to sort out our tickets and thinking about ordering some food when one of the Burger King employees yelled at us “Don’t scratch your tickets on the table because it scratches the tables”. My wife and I left without ordering anything…

This place is a joke wish they had negative stars first if you want to dine in and the drive thru is busy guess what your order will not get made until drive thru is cleared and then you might get your order was told drive thru is made first and that’s there priority so guess the people who came in to relax are nothing to them and we can wait until they might get a chance. Second when you ask for a refund because it’s been almost 40 min and still no food and the drive thru is now empty watch them because they have no clue how to give you back your money third if you do decide to wait for your food check it every order in front of that waited over 40min for there food was missing items.. just tell me how me walking inside I’m not a priority to you my money is green just like the person in the drive thru this place is not a fast food place unless you drive thru

The French fries were old and had a bad taste like the oil needed to be changed. The bugers were drier than the desert. Service at drive through was friendly.

Literally every time I’ve ordered in the past 6 months they have messed up my food I call and complain they keep telling me they will fix it every time I come in they refuse to fix it and then when you call they refuse to answer the phone or give you a refund for the food they did not fix even though you provide the food and the receipt showing that they charged you a ton of money for everything that they didn’t even put in the bag at 1 point I received a Burger when I ordered 6 and they refuse to refund my money or make the other burgers. I’m over this place. needs to be shut down. Also they offer you meal deals where you can get small fries and so on and then they tell you they don’t have small fry containers so you are required to purchase a medium or large and then when you do so they tell you do not qualify for the meal deal. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau someone needs to do something about this place and they also NEVER NEVER NEVER have half the items on their menu.

Why list a time that you open when you very seldom ever get open by then. Drove from Ogden on my way to Grace and waited for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. Finally drove up to the window and it was dark at 6:18. Supposed to open at 6 am.. This has happened several times in the past few weeks. You gotta do better!!!!!!!
