It’s a normal Burger King with a nice decor.

About 2 months ago me and my friend decide to go to Burger King. We walked in and I thought I was at a dump garbage area. There’s trash all over the floor. The bathrooms were disgusting. The trash was overflowing and there was only two people in there working. I thought they were closing down so then we give him another chance. I thought maybe they just didn’t have enough help so we went in there again the month after same thing. Dirty floors. Disgusting bathrooms, trash overflowing only two people in there working that was it. This Burger King used to be a very nice place to eat. What has happened to it? Why is it so disgusting?

The burgers at this fastfood joint were good. The staff delivered our orders relatively quickly and the restaurant was clean. At the time of my family’s visit, one of the soda machines were under maintenance, but this did not affect our experience, and overall it was fine.

I went there this afternoon & oder the 2 ( Mix or match ) sandwiches, and I’ll bet they were just ” reheated ” , NOT made fresh as I requested & was told ” No problem ” by some punk kid behind the counter !. Both sandwiches were ” air temperature warm ” ( at best ) & dried out , even though I asked for Extra heavy Mayonnaise. I wouldn’t go back to this dump Burger King in Laramie if the food was FREE !!!. ISH!. Plus the tables in the dining room were dirty !!.

Went to a birthday party here and the play space was absolutely disgusting.. Sticky spots on the floor, when we loved the tables you could see where they have been sitting for who knows how long. The actual play equipment is very outdated and seems as though it’s falling apart. Some bolts that hold up the helicopter area are loose and the brackets are bending. Not exactly safe for children.. This place needs to be shut down, remodeled, staff needs to be retrained (how to clean at the very least) and the play area needs to either be taken down before someone gets hurt or needs to be updated.

Drive thru speed 4 mins! 10 lunch spicy chicken sandwich and a whopper 6 dollar mix an match! Mozzarella sticks $1.49 where not hot cheese was hard! 2 chocolate chip cookies $1.00 16 oz. Sprite $1.19.

We went here last night and it was literally the DIRTIEST restaurant I’ve been in trash was overflowing in EVERY trash can..food all over the play place, food on the floor in the main area, the soda fountain had so much trash building up in that area as well as lids everywhere..

This is the nastiest Burger King I have ever been in. Not only is it filthy. We got cold food. The buns were frozen because their toaster was broken. No one wore gloves. Their play land has so much dirt inside. The floors had so much food on them. Bathrooms are disgusting.

It was a fiasco! The speaker I was at wasn’t working, so 3 cars who drove up after me, were waited on first. They were out of the chicken nuggets my grandson wanted, then they tried to give me someone else’s order, telling me they were out of ice, but the drinks were still cold. I didn’t order drinks, so I gave the bags back to the BK employee. She said my order never came up on her screen, so she took my receipt and said they would make it real quick. Then she came back with another employee, handed me one of the bags I had just given back to her, and said she thought my order was part of the big order behind me. I get all the way home and one of the burgers is missing! I’m a patient and forgiving person, but something seems to happen every time I go there. And to make things even worse, the employee acted like I was the one at fault.
