We decided to give location a try since we were nearby, and it was the first time in forever that we got hot fresh fries and the rest of the food was good too. I went in order a simple order burger and fries I asked to substitute bbq sauce for the other sauces and got a little squirt of bbq I then tasted my fries and asked for fresh fried. The worker Michelle at store number 18339 decided to give me fries that was already sitting there after I asked for fresh fries. Then she goes and make more fries but instead of them being normal fresh fries she burnt the fries to where I couldn’t take the potatoes. Overall my experience here today was not the best!

Tables were dirty I had to clean table before I could eat. Bathroom was disgusting! Toilet had not been cleaned. No Soap to wash your hands. Not much toilet paper to use. My debit card from my bank would not work to pay for my meal. Luckily I had a gift card to use for payment. I will not return to this location. If there is no soap in the bathroom how are employees washing their hands after using the bathroom?
