Seems like every time I come it gets worse and worse. I get it you’re short staffed but if I wait that long I’d expect the food to be fresh. Hashbrowns are always rock hard and cold. French toast sticks definitely get the “stick” part right, I wouldn’t feed them to a stray dog. The worst part is my ham and cheese croissant, half the time the cheese doesn’t melt and the ham is cold. This morning though, I had one single slice of ham on it, a single slice of lunch meat ham, and the world’s thinnest egg. I ate better food in the Army DFAC.

Awful. It seems I’m imposing on the staff by eating here today. They were not that busy so you would think it would be better. Only me and one other car. First, I’m rushed at the menu. I ordered 35 dollars of food. Second, I have no idea what is going on with the fiery nuggets but these came out greasy with a weird sugar taste. Both of our burgers were dry and they were not made per normal BK standards. I think the patties were made hours before because they were both cold and dry. I cannot justify going back. This location was borderline before and is just a waste of money now. I hope Corp finds a way to get them back to par because we usually like BK.

Slowest service ever. There was only one car in front of me and I waited for my mobile order for over 20 min. When I got to the front, the middle aged woman was very aggressive and literally didn’t say a word to me, just handed me the bag. I asked for 2 sauces (I had gotten fries) she snapped that she’s gonna have to charge me 50 cents per sauce. She didn’t even ring it up just watched me grab my wallet. She was incredibly rude. The food was cold. This place isn’t worth stopping in

Went to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru. Sat in the drive through for about 20 minutes or so. Got my order. Checked it and it was not what I ordered. I ordered two big king combo meals. What I got were kid size hamburgers with ketchup and mayo on them. When I went into the store to let them know that my order was wrong there were only two people working. I asked them if what I got was a big king meal because they were extremely small in size and they were labeled hamburgers. The gal that was working told me yes. I ask her for my refund and she told me that they could not do a refund and they were not going to correct the order. I told the woman that I was going to be calling a manager first thing in the morning to get this straightened out. She said that she was the boss. I then told her that I would be getting a hold of cooperate then. Just fusterating that first it was not what I order and second they would not make my order right and or refund me my money. They lack customer service skills, food that is wrong and cold. I will not step foot back in this restaurant. You should try to keep your customers happy not try and drive them away.

I get it’s late but fresh food is required with fast food. Giving out food that has been sitting for hours was gross… Got the NEW chicken fries but we’re as crunchy as a crouton. Asked for double lettuce I got 15 grams. So disappointed

I purchased a large fry and large onion rings. I asked for a few Zesty Sauces and the girl that brought me my food stated she couldn’t give me any more because her manager makes them charge for them. I was there a few days before and they gave me 3 of them. I noticed when I was there I was the only one, I guess you folks don’t want to keep good customers who frequent your establishment.

We ordered 16 nuggets. Reciept said 4 bbq. We got 1 bbq and asked for a sweet and sour. They gave me honey mistard. I went inside gave back the mustard and asked for sweet an sour they gave me 2 and i asked for 2 more bbq. They didnt understand and said i can o ly have 2 tubs before they had to charge me. I left annoyed. Food after all was bad. Burger was ok but not warm enough to melt the cheese. Nuggets ended up being old, stale and hard. Had left going out of town so didnt go back. Fries were fine no ketchup or offer of ketchup either. Will not be going back for a while. They were not busy at all 1 set of customers in the lobby and 1 car in the line so not sure why they couldnt make fresh nuggets knowing they looked old.

Worst staff possible. Their attitudes and demeanor are truly lacking any sympathy or basic ideas of how to treat customers. Aside from the fact I waited over 15 minutes for a whopper and fries, I could overhear the staff constantly complaining about the drive-through customers and giving smug irritated responses to the few patrons who waited to order them left after 5 minutes of no service. Lazy!

The place was a mess inside and I’m honestly concerned because I overheard the cook talking about how the health department was dumb. Definitely not my go to spot anymore
