Today went in ordered a combo meal and burger on the side. And once again they forgot the fries. The Last time I went back to complain they requested a receipt which was never even given so I was denied. Today once again they forgot the fries and this time I had a receipt. A short hair Caucasian female said that we should have checked the order before leaving. I didn’t realize it was my job to be certain that the order was complete. I didn’t come back immediately because I take care of someone who is terminally ill. But the employee was beyond rude and made a scene in front of another customer. Although she was friendly to a homeless person who asked for ice. She went to the back and brought out a huge bag and gave it to him. I will have to go in sometime for a free bag of ice. Isn’t that theft? She should be terminated immediately. Whoever owns this burger King really needs to learn more about the people you hire.

Worst. Burger King. ever. I have tried to give this place a chance (several times) and they fail at everything. It is the slowest fast food you will ever get. Takes them about 20 minutes to complete a drive thru order. This time, they couldn’t accept credit cards because machine was down. Had to wait to pass through the drive thru because numerous other cars were behind me (because once again, they are the slowest Burger King in the nation). Burger King Corp–If you are listening- please cut ties with this franchise owner.

I usually only eat fast food while in an airport and all the other options are unavailable. But for some reason I wanted a burger and was not feeling like shopping, or sitting down in public. I tried BK, and their Texas DBL Whopper on an impulse. It wasn’t home made, but it was good enough that I’ll go back at some point. The beef wasn’t overcooked, and it’s size and toppings were done well. The accompanying onion rings lacked luster though. Service was fast and pleasant.

I went on in after work around 9 pm and grabbed the new Bacon King combo. What I received was a dried out, smashed bun burger with no real amount of bacon at all. The bacon itself was dried pieces broken up. It was the furthest thing from delicious bacon. It was gross. I actually just removed the burnt bacon, eating only half and throwing it away having to make an sandwich and then end my night. It was basically a waste of $13. I’m very upset about this. I can’t believe the picture I’m sharing is what they gave me as my meal. I’m wholly disappointed. Burger King, you guys either don’t care anymore or need new management. Sad thing is I liked your burgers till now.
