The food is meh, but the atmosphere really brings it down. The dried ketchup on every surface, nasty tables, and employees who say something in Spanish under their breath and obviously laugh at you with the cooks if you have an issue or ask a question really top off the whole experience.

Pretty much keep coming back cause it’s about the only burger king that has good food. (2 stars for good food) But 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong. 50% of the time the whopper buns are not the sesame seed ones like they just improvise and use up “other buns” before getting more of the CORRECT BUNS. The other buns mess up the flavor of the sandwich. 9 times out of 10 the ranch is forgotten with the nuggets. Come on. Thats the last thing that should go in the bag on top of the napkins and still im lucky if i even ever get it. Then today the onion rings all together were forgotten. Not sure if she was in a hurry and didnt ring it up or if it really was missing. I never got a receipt which always happens so i never got to see what i was charged for. They dont give receipts so that you cant call them or complain to corporate. I dont get why something is ALWAYS WRONG. Something so small and petty every SINGLE TIME!! Its so frustrating. Food is ridiculously expensive to pay your wages so i wish you would do your job right!

I had ordered everything it came to $10bucks, I asked for 4 waters and they lady said that be an extra $5 for free waters , she said only the first water is free… you can’t trick me even with your Español accent… I went across the street to good times and got free waters, better service, better food!! I won’t be coming back to this Burger King!!!

Not the first time this has happened. Last time I thought well, it’s busy, they just over looked the 2nd drive thru order box. This time though, they took 5 cars in the first lane and never asked what I would like. By now i had a car behind me so I couldn’t back out and leave. By the time I was able to finally just pull through the drive, i stopped at the window to ask if maybe the other lane had quit working and they didn’t realize it. He told me it was working and that I was lying. I hadn’t been sitting there. I asked if he realized there was a car there now and he said no there’s not. Another employee inside told him yes there is. Don’t go to Burger King on 120th and Main

Seems like they don’t want folks dining in, there’s no napkins out. Seriously you have to ask for napkins at the BK like it’s June 2020. Forces everyone to the drive thru or pick-up, which strains worker attention
