I ordered ahead. Yes, it was ready when I got there. I got there at the exact time I put in the order. The order was cold. They put cold mayo, ketchup, and other condiments on the burger and then it sits there for however long. I tried reheating it in the microwave, but it turned into a mess. The sauces had soaked into everything and it was impossible to eat. I’m not going to pay $11 for a poorly made and cold Whopper with a drink again. McDonald’s doen’t make your order until you’re at the restaurant and have checked in. Perhaps try that.
