Grotesque Roots

So, I don’t know what the deal is with this particular location but I have had bad experience after bad experience. I have had to even reach out to corporate and talk to them about this incident that had occurred. You will see in the photos that my mozzarella sticks had yellow cheese instead of the white stretchy cheese. My onion rings literally had no onion in it – the fryer I am more than positive wasn’t cleaned – I know new employees are inexperienced or probably just lazy who knows but this literally happens when you don’t follow instructions/protocol. The rules are there for a reason and if you don’t follow them people literally have to go as far as reach corporate to get money back. I was really upset with the store manager when her response was to immediately provide me with a new batch when I ordered from Door Dash, meaning I have no ride. At the time I was also working myself. The store manager also tried to blame door dash for THE MEAL. HOW IS THAT DOOR DASH’S FAULT?! Anyway, I could say a lot more but this particular store need serious help from corporate.

This Burger King was the best one in the area, but I’ve noticed how things changed recently where it went down the drain. Must be under new management because it’s exactly like the other burger King on Dyer. Im the only one in the drive thru, and Im waiting for a good 20 minutes for my food. what happened to it being “fast food” and to make matters worse the food is not even fresh!! Old fries and everything is cold and stale. I wouldn’t mind waiting 20 minutes if at least the food was fresh from the fryer.
