I agree w the other 1 star posts here. Last night, one teenage girl came out to explain there was just the two of them, and we would wait at least 15-20 mins for our food. She then said we could leave, go somewhere else, that would not offend her or the business. Then when I ordered impossible burger she said they didn’t have any in stock. I’ve been stopping by every Sunday for the past two months, never have an impossible burger. They r not restocking properly for their menu items. It’s a shame, this place could be making a lot of money, it’s the only fast food at that corner, the next place heading east out of town is 45mins away. Manager? Owner? Are u reading reviews?

This place is special. The couple of times I’ve gotten food here, the voice greeting me was nearly incomprehensible. Just really bad mumbling. Place always looks deserted or minimally staffed. Like just on the edge of shutting down. I don’t know if it’s the location or that BK as a whole is declining, but I’d say just head east to Blanco. More food options with less awkward customer service.

This place has gone down hill. Went this evening and a horrible order taker in drive thru. I kept being rushed and asked to drive up like I was done, but I wasn’t. Very unprofessional and didn’t sound like they knew what they were even doing. Someone else came on to finish but by that time I was pulling up to the window to let them know to cancel my whole order and get someone better to take orders. I wasn’t going to pay any money for an order I’m 100% sure was going to be wrong.

Then they try to hand me my “frozen” beverage that is literally liquid still. Almost forgot my 2 Sweet Teas until I asked for it. She was giggly and was really out of it, She had trouble putting in our order, was stumbling around, giggling and joking with cook. We watched 3 couples walk out after us. Manager had to ring up our order,she, the cashier, seemed frustrated we paid with cash. Worst place I’ve even been to.
