I hadn’t been to a Burger King in years due to every one I’d go to was extremely dirty. No customer service skills etc…. my daughter and I had been wanting to stop in the Helotes location to give it a try. My wife daughter and i stopped in. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was immaculate, food tasted great and the manager, I believe his name was Sal or Raul. He was extremely friendly and professional. He is doing a fantastic job running that location. He himself was at register and on the floor cleaning tables, etc, leading by example. His energy definitely brightened the restaurant up. We will definitely be back

Ordered online for pick up. Showed up at 9:00pm told the manager my name and order number. My order was to be ready at 9:05pm. I was informed at 9:20 the dine-in area was closed and asked why I was there. I informed the manager I was still waiting for my order. 9:25 I was finally leaving with my order. So much for fast food. Sat in the drive through for 30 min before I finally got to the window. Nobody acknowledged or even came to open the window. I could see the worker through the window and I kept waving to get their attention and nobody came. After 15 min of waiting I got fed up and just left. Sat in the drive through for 45 min for ONE BURGER! How does one burger take so long and not even an acknowledgement from someone? Never coming to this location again.

Food is very good. However, you are rolling the dice on getting what you order! At least online and through the app. Also, if you are “close” to this one, I would suggest searching others for an online order, as this gets quite stingy on chain deals and offers. I got the 2 for $5 whopper junior meal, as plain and basic as you can. Only let you customize veggies and condiments. Other locations will let you add bacon and cheese at no extra charge. They are fine, just not great for the franchise competition that is out here. People want their money worth.
