Restaurant is brand new so it’s definitely clean. Went through the drive through where all the employees were quick and polite. My order was fresh and correct. So happy to have another option in this part of town. Also, it’s open 24 hours a day so it’s there if you’re hungry at 3 am.

Horrible customer service‼️ through drive thru. Asked a question 3 times if I can change a sandwich to another 1 and instead of answering it they already asking what size I want it all 3 times. Received our food bread and burger patty was burnt they didn’t give us our complete meal. The female manager was rude when we went back to ask for our missing items. Only gave us 3 napkin for 4 burger meals. They literally didn’t have any customers to get horrible food/ service like this.

I order 13 whoppers 2 no mayo and when I get home all of them had mayo I came back and I tell them they not even said sorry I have to order 2 more whit no mayonnaise because my son doesn’t like mayo he was so hungry and when I get home again one of the 2 that I order had mayo I love Burger King but this is not what I expecting from my favorite place for hamburgers 60 minutes going back and forth I spend my money and my time

Went through the drive thru. The Wopper and Wopper Jr were good. The heat lamp kept the fries warm and that is the best I can say about the fries. Service was good.

Placed an online order, when I got there they didn’t even have it in the system. I was asked to pull around to the front. Mind you I was the only person there at that time. Pulled around right at the front door and parked sat there for 30 minutes while two other vehicles came and left with their food. I went inside and the young girl came up and asked if I needed help, I told her I’d been waiting on my online order and was curious as to what was taking so long she said she was waiting on the fries. She handed me my food and went to walk away I told her I had drinks with the order too and she had to make those. Checked my food fries were partially filled and one of the burgers was wrong. No cheese and missing a patty. I just asked for them to put some cheese on the burger cause I wasn’t about to wait on them to grill another patty. I’m sorry but if you are going to offer online ordering and that person shows up before the people actually placing the orders there at the location, they should not have to wait 30+ freaking minutes for food. That was absolutely ridiculous. I’m positive if I didn’t go inside I would probably still be waiting outside for my food. I ordered 3 burgers and 3 medium fries and 3 medium drinks.

Did not receive the large or small fry. Burgers were old. One of the burgers did not have cheese or extra onion that I was charged .10 cents for and when I went back in the MANAGER tried to tell me I didn’t order cheese. When he finally looked at the ticket he took the burger back from my hand that I had touched to show no cheese and slapped cheese on it and threw it in the microwave!! This is the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had. When I asked for sauce they also gave me a busted one. Also there wasn’t a car in the drive the drive thru because they pulled everyone up. What a terrible, disgusting, unsanitary experience that I payed $30 for!
