I order my food on the app before 10:20AM, but got to the store to pick the order up at 10:39AM. The worker told me to come pick it up the NEXT DAY! I told the young lady to let me speak to the manager. The manager basically told that there was nothing she could do because they stop serving breakfast at 10:30AM and it didn’t matter that I ordered it before even if I had already paid. Then I asked for my money back and she told me that I needed to go through the app. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Placed an online order hours before closing and when I went over to pick it up, no one answered me at the speaker and completely ignored me and just walked by when I tried to get their attention at the window. Spent 20 minutes sitting around, driving around multiple times and honking my horn. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Tried going into the lobby but it was closed. I’m a long time customer and these incompetent people will never get another penny from me ever again.

Well first off do not go through the drive through with a big dually! They have the giant yellow economy car friendly curb that makes you jump the curb with your dually. Then the maintenance on this place is slacking. When its dark the lights are burnt out and just looks like a scene of a robbery. The service was very slow. Your way right away? Not at this location. I won’t be going back.
