Clean restaurant. Food was quick and hot. Menu says kids meal comes with a treat. First they told me they didn’t have kids cones. Then that the kids meal doesn’t come with a treat. Finally they settled on “Corporate sends these menus but we don’t have to follow them. We don’t give a treat with the kids meal.”

This Burger King location consistently disappoints with its poor customer service. On multiple visits, I’ve encountered hidden condiments and unhelpful staff. The chicken nuggets were cold and dry, adding to the negative experience. Despite the appearance of the place, the service quality doesn’t match. Additionally, the inconsistent closing time, closing almost an hour before the scheduled time, showcases a lack of professionalism. It’s frustrating to see cars in front of me during the drive-thru, making it almost as slow as sitting inside. Whether due to staffing or training issues, this location needs significant improvements to keep customers coming back. Considering the repeated letdowns, exploring alternative options like Whataburger seems like a better choice.

They do not take 6 digit codes but 4 codes will wk for them. Ordered online and the guy with no name tag who said his name is Wyatt didn’t put lid on right and some of the drink spilled on me and on my window controls in the car. I know accidents happen but if you work at the window and counter just make sure lids are secured on the drinks.

It has been several years since I had Burger King & I’m glad I went to this location for my first Whopper in a very long time. The place was clean & the staff were friendly enough. I could not fault the food either. I would come back here if I had another craving for a Whopper!

I’m updating my review because I like to give credit when credit is due. I gave this location another chance after not coming here for a long time. Tonight I ordered several meals via the app and I’m pleased to report that not one single thing was wrong with my order and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up inside the dining area. Food was hot and exactly the way we customized.

I think that a company values based upon the Karen consideration of their employees… Jonah and B provided amazing customer service tonight, and was able to share a few kind words at my excitement of having my firstborn. Showing interest in caring means more than just passing off a meal. It’s the small things that matter and although I’m not completely a Burger King fan, I will be coming back! My third visit in the last year. Lunch on a Friday 6/20 My first two visits were very disappointing, and I left only one star after the second visit. This time, the service had a huge improvement. Minus one star because they got my order wrong after repeating it three times. Minus one star for a filthy dining room, and sticky tables.

The last two times we’ve ordered from this location, they’ve been completely wrong. One was ordered from the drive through, the other an online order. Theres absolutely no reason for an online order to be as wrong as it was since they didnt put the info in themselves… (I ordered two double whoppers with bacon and cheese only to receive two singles with the completely wrong toppings), but they also struggle to deal with online orders, period. They can’t seem to handle them on top of drive thru orders, even when they’re slow. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this Burger King, which is a shame since it’s the only one nearby.

I haven’t eaten at a BK for 2 years & this location confirms just why. It took then 2 times to make a burger plant & dry, the guy that took our order looked & acted like he just woke up,We sat at the cleanest dirty table and the food was below average for the price… See you in another 2 years……………………….. Ordered two bacon melts and two chicken nugget fries. The meals were very cold as if they had been made hours before. Ordered with no onions and it came with onions. No honey mustard sauce was in bag even after the cashier asked. What kind of sauce we wanted nor were there any other condiments or napkins for that matter. Wasn’t given a receipt so was unable to call and complain to the restaurant manager. Do not recommend this location.
