Very dirty. Only went because chik fil a is closed for renovations and I needed an indoor place to play. I had to clean the tables myself and my wipe turned black. Not sure it’s somewhere I will go back inside. The food was normal Burger King food. You can kind of see the dirtiness of the table in the picture. Everything was very sticky.

I dont usually do the whole “review” thing, but for awhile now the employees that have been hired to work at this location have turned this place into trash.

Terrible service here, they are unenthusiastic, they hate their job and they are super slow. They need better management. They stand around and just stare at customers and they mess up the orders constantly. In just 10 min of waiting for my food, 2 families came in to notify them of their mistake.

Came in with my kiddos to beat the heat and play inside. Play place is closed. Okay whatever, we go to sit down, every single table is disgusting. There’s soda spilt on the floor and no one bothered to mop it. Just threw a wet floor sign up. Got my food and it’s messed up too. I went up front and he said “Our burgers don’t have cheese.” I’ve come here 100 times and never had to “add” cheese to a burger. Last time we came, they screwed up my order, I asked for a refund after calling and they said they processed it but I never got it. Thought we’d give it another try. Definitely won’t be coming back after this.

The sandwiches and fries were okay. The mozzarella sticks were dry and they had no marinara sauce. There was no Dr. Pepper or pink lemonade. Now to the fun part….there was an employee that cursed at a minimum of 20 times in the ten minutes of us waiting for our food. The conversations were extremely inappropriate. I sure hope the manager does something about this.

The workers at this location do not respect the customers. The young Hispanic-looking male that took my order nodded when I talked to him but come to find out….he did not understand what I had said. If someone doesn’t understand English enough to understand what the customer is saying then don’t NOD your head. Certainly, there is a phrase to say you don’t understand. I have stopped eating the mistakes of this location. If they have to remake the order three times, then so be it. Nothing will change at this location until the customers in Tomball STOP eating their mistakes. I know everyone has really busy lives but we have a right to decent service at whichever business we decide to patronize and apparently the workers at this location feel it isn’t a necessary part of their jobs to even understand us. They switch people often at this location but never get BETTER workers.

This location should be shut down. Extremely long wait times and when you finally get your food it tastes like it’s been cooked for hours. so gross. Do yourself a favor and don’t stop here!

Only one so I can post. Horrible service. I went through the drive thru last night before 11pm and the manager told me they were not selling anything, I went back to the window and asked , don’t you all close at midnight? Young lady said, yes but our manager told us not to take orders! Wow, I was like, let your manager know I will complain. No other reason was given and other ppl were driven away. Bad service and no food

Made an online order 30 minutes in advance. Pull up to the loudspeaker, employee said please wait . Waited 2 minutes for them no not listen to the fact I was picking up an online mobile order. Then told to pull forward to window and the was asked to repeat myself a 3rd time. Then proceeded to take 10 minutes to collect my order that was marked ready after 5 minutes. Then had two rude employees interrogate me about my remainder of my order. Won’t be returning and filing a formal complaint to C.O.
