The guys seem to be always on point. Food comes out quickly and it’s fresh and flavorful. Staff is always friendly and available which can be rare these days. Great place to go eat and the smaller kids have a playground.

I’ve been traveling all day and night and stopped in to get a bite to eat. Let me tell how good it felt to walk into a place that actually welcomed you! Their friendliness was way above any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The lady who helped me took time to explain all their specials and helped me chose a great spicy chicken sandwich. The price was good and the food was wonderful! I suggest this place everyone!

My MO? I fall in love with one item and I am locked in. I prefer non breaded chicken sandwiches so I had figured a big ol campaign about all chicken breaded by hand meant they started with naked chicken they could if ordered. Not so. I worked around that and ended up with a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich that I can’t live without. I told everyone about them. If I happen to eat one at work I buy one for everyone on shift and everyone is just as impressed as I am. In my opinion a French fry is hard to beat. But props to BK onion ring…they top literally ANY i have ever had. I’m very much not a fan of onion in general but I love the BK onion ring and often have to add one into my order every so often to get my fix. My draw tonight happened to be for the new wraps. Seems most food chains will offer a wrap as a standard menu item, but very few keep them long term. I’m very aware all these chains will use standard kitchen staples and add there sauce or salad accents, wrap it and deliver. Woolaa. No special shredded chicken or anything like that. Instead they throw some chicken tenders in a tortilla and call it a wrap type of thing. I am not at all put off by this process, in fact I admire the practice. I ordered one two of the 3 variations of chicken wraps tonight. They cost $2.99 each and I figured paired with a side that would be my out for dinner assignment that nite. Knowing I can’t go wrong with the usual order of my family however I opt to just add those as a bonus to my usual order. Doing so was not a mistake. They are everything I figured them to be taste and quality wise. Size however was shocking. The shell used is flour, but only a street taco size. They take half of their ‘hand breaded’ chicken breast pieces and add their signature sauce, lettuce, tomato. Flavor is there but value for portion definitely not. Tonight’s service of getting order out was maybe the quickest I have ever experienced so extremely impressed by that. I will for sure visit again.

Their food is alright thought ITS ALWAYS COLD people not caring enough workers always saying the can’t wait to go home so they make us feel uncomfortable and want to leave quicker also,every time I’ve went there I’ve gotten sick.i don’t know if they don’t cook their food right or whatever but it needs to be fixed,I hope this place closes down.

The service at the window was nice. I sat for awhile waiting but had ordered fish sandwich no sauce and my burger no mayo no onions. Don’t eat BK often but figure if they say made ur way…maybe nothing was pre-made (??). Had a hamburger with no onions but definitely mayo on it. Muscle Thru that. The fish however…photo offered….had no tartar or other sauce on it. I don’t even care that the pickles had no middles…or that there was like 10 flakes of lettuce. The fish was so hard on one side of the patty that I could hit it on a table top and not break it. The opposite side has some strange foam like breading on it….still warm and I live close enuf I could return and ask them if they feel it is worthy of $3 price tag I paid. I definitely can not eat the patty of fish. The fries however…very good.

The whole staff was on a smoke break and when asked said they were not open? I guess as a joke? Very stingy with the condiments and napkins, pretty sure long hair that can reach the serving counter is a big no_no.

Went thru drive thru had the most pleasant experience. The order taker was friendly and the male that handed me my food was very nice and funny. My order was handed to me quickly and all food was hot and fresh. I recommend this burger to everyone wanting a positive day!

The service and the wait time here is horrible. I ordered from the mobile app went to pick it up about 10 minutes. They did not have it ready and still had to wait another 20 minutes. Went back a week later sat at the drive through for 5 minutes. I said hello and they told me someone would be right with me. Waited another 5 minutes. There was also Noone else there but me. Finally ordered they told me to move up I told them I wasn’t going to because they would forget about me and I was not going to wait another 10 minutes. Guy got rude with me so I asked for my money back. Had to get a manager. The manager was nice but the employee was still being rude in the background. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated
