Horrible customer service this morning (approx. 8:30 on August 25th) from the lady who said she is the manager. I saw her name tag and then I asked her for the store number (16546). After putting the number in my phone I looked back up to get her name and she REMOVED her name tag. I told her I literally just saw the gray name tag, she ADMITTED to removing it and then said “my manager know my name, you don’t need to know it” Don’t have to take my word for it, if the location have cameras go look at the camera footage. I could go into more detail about what happened if I could talk to someone. She gave me a number to a Rolando who does not answer the phone and neither can you leave a voicemail.

This store is a hot mess with people who don’t seem to care about their jobs working there. They are never open on time for breakfast. They are supposed to be open by 6 am for breakfast. I will get there around 7:20 am and, if I’m lucky, be told that they aren’t open yet. Or I will be ignored sitting in the drive-thru. I just ordered lunch with them via DoorDash. I didn’t get even half of my order. No drink, no pie. Seriously disappointing.

So sick of this place. I never ever post reviews in a negative manner because no one’s perfect. However, I’m so sick of the terrible service and the lack of quality customer service. I order online and picked my order up. When I got home both of my burgers were incorrect. When I returned to the restaurant I requested my order to be remade. They remade my burgers but the manager on duty refused to remake my fries and began to speak in Spanish to his coworkers not knowing that I speak Spanish too. I understand this message will never mean anything to anyone up top because of the quantity of business but this is ridiculous. He gave me a number for the manager because he stated there was no manager on duty. I called the number and it went to voicemail. I would never go to this location again.

Restaurant outside appearance looked good. Bathroom was clean. Tables were clean. The two hispanic ladies made my order really noticeably great and not just a one-off; My past four orders where great! Food preparation was good. Food was hot. Overall not too bad very solid right now.

I’ve been going to Burger King for 45 years in multiple states around the country. I have never ever been to a more incompetent , disgusting place in my entire life and I have given this place a few chances. The food is always stale, the order is always wrong and most of the people who prepare the food do not wear gloves. I went in there today only to walk out with the wrong order, no drinks, and a server with attitude who asked me what I wanted for a drink , but telling me their soda machine doesn’t work after he brought me the wrong food and I after I had already paid for the food. At the end I only blame myself for going back there.

Good location. Couldn’t even sit down and my food was already ready. Granted I was the only person in here but fast service. Ordered the Whopper Melt and was good. Fries were nice and crispy but could have used a bit more salt. Restaurant was clean and so was the bathrooms. Kid at the register was quick and polite.

The king has been dethroned! Ordered 2 whopper juniors, they forgot the cheese on both and these are the saddest looking burgers ever. Bread was stale, a drop of Mayo and a drop of ketchup. Won’t be coming back… I’ll stick to those Golden Arches! I can see why they have fallen way down on the list of fast food places. No quality at all!

We got take out from the drive through and realized when we got home that we didn’t receive our chicken fries. Called to receive a partial refund but nobody answers the phone. I also wasn’t offered a receipt.

I never like to leave a bad review but I fee ike this one is ABSOLUTELY necessary. I have been here maybe 6 times over 4 months and FIVE of my orders have been…wrong. Nobody there can follow simple instructions and it is quite unnerving when you get home, see that your order is incorrect AND the phone number is disconnected so you can’t even call. Sad face.
