Relatively new Burger King and it’s up there as far as the fast food chain goes. The interior of this one in particular is pretty nice. Food usually comes out well, though they’ve gotten part of our order wrong in the past. Still, a good BK overall.

The greeting and customer service there is absolutely the worst. We’ve given this location another chance time and time again. Every single time blaming it on maybe that the employees were having a bad day or that maybe they were short staffed, but in Specific the CLOSING crew is just so rude. Every time we’ve gone is always an unpleasant experience, they roll their eyes at us every single time, laugh at us, and give you your food sin ganas.

Went through the drive through and the Hispanic lady at the window was more concerned with talking to fellow employee and looking at her phone. Burger was bland and the fries were cold and bland. The Pleasant Grove road Burger King has gone done hill in service and taste in food in the last couple of years in my opinion.

The food is always great, but every time i go through drive through there is always an issue. Kid tonight took my coupon and didn’t apply it. Asked him if it was applied and he said it was even though the price wasn’t right and give me attitude. I’m just trying get my burger and go home. He seems like he didn’t want to be there and I get it I worked in the industry for five years, but you don’t got to be rude if you want you can just give me my items and not really say much and that’s cool with me but don’t be rude

Might be the worst service I’ve ever experienced I went to pick up my pick up order that showed “ready for pick up at drive thru” on the app to find three employees scowling at me like I just took a dump in their ice cream. The young Hispanic lady (braces) told me that the older Hispanic lady yelling in the background needs me to tell them at the drive thru screen that I’m picking up my order. I asked her why that mattered since no other cars were in line and my order was already ready? That lead to the window being shut in my face and then continuing their arguing. Finally she returned and told me “hold on” as they then began to make my order that was supposedly already “ready for pick up” then I had to pull out every single item and prove to her that I only had two fries instead of three and that caused about three more window slams in my face. I did dare to then ask for some sauce and a drink carrier which threw them over the edge. Chick fil a…..I should have never strayed away from you

The person that took our order was a saint, kind and patient with us. The person at the drive up window was very defensive, to the point we thought it was a joke. The last interaction was he handed us the bag and asked if we wanted any sauce. We said no thanks, to which he replied..”Just doin’ my job”. I do thank him for giving our family a new one liner we use on eachother now but other than that it was really uncomfortable.

Decent food. Same as every Burger King. I’ve never eaten in here since I get drive-thru, but what I suspect is that it will have a clean restroom and clean facilities. The only thing is that the burgers aren’t the best. Better than McDonald’s though.

My mom visited this Burger King and I was so astonished by how the employees acted towards their customers!!! They laughed at my mom for not being able to count change because she’s mentally ill. Then proceeds to mistreat my mom by lying to her and her leaving unsatisfied because yasmine and another girl laughed at her. Sam the manager didn’t do nothing about it and I’m outraged. I asked him for the girls name and he wouldn’t give it, instead another employee was mean to me as well and for the fact I’m handling this pregnant is upsetting to me. I was mad leaving because they were all making comments about my mom and I. When all I asked were names and how unacceptable it is to make fun of someone mentally ill. I would wish for something to be done about their behaviors and how they treat their customers. Who knows how many others they have mistreated as well. DO NOT COME TO THIS BURGER KING!!!!!!

You ran out of chocolate ice cream so you just put cheap chocolate syrup into the vanilla and called it chocolate ice cream. It’s a very easy plot I did the same thing whenever I worked at Sonic. One star.
