Stopped by here on 6/14/2023 for lunch with my mom about 215 pm. Food is typical however some woman whom I assume is the manager by the way she was speaking (she wasn’t wearing a bk uniform or name tag) was standing in the lobby by the front counter screaming at the top of her lungs at an employee about using the hopper in the back of the restaurant. I at first thought some deranged customer had become unhinged which concerned me about people’s safety inside the establishment. Her yelling was so loud we could even hear her from inside the restroom. She was completely unprofessional, had no regard for customers in the restaurant nor anyone else that had to hear her yelling. I will never visit this location again as a result. I will not spend my money where employees are openly and publicly abused and reprimanded in such a manner and customers have to endure such threatening behavior.

Went to get my husband some lunch. I ended up leaving the drive thru due to the rude lady who was taking orders. Asked for a triple Texas whopper and was yelled at saying we don’t do that! So I just ordered the double. She also wouldn’t listen to what else I needed Order. I wish this was a one time thing but it happens every time I go to this location. Super unprofessional.

This store has gone downhill!! Worst customer service I have experienced from any restaurant in a very long time!! Last time I came actually had a manager stopped me at the door say I’m the only one here I ain’t working like that you’ll have to go through drive-thru and lock the door in my face. This time went through drive-through the guy at the drive-thru wouldn’t even talk to us. Didn’t give us receive didn’t give a sauce when asked for it got an attitude but still didn’t say anything…. Just huffed and dropped it in my. Got a small onion ring and a large onion ring and the large had exactly the same amount in it as the small. sandwiches were not made correctly….Think this will be my last visit to this Burger King and will not recommend anyone ever going there!!

Was looking forward to the new Mushroom Swiss Burger. Was severely disappointed! I sure hope the franchise owner reads these reviews, because the service here is horrible. The burger looked like it had been slopped together with zero pride. Seriously, a third grader could’ve done a better job. They forgot half my order in the drive through, and after 10 mins of waiting got cold food. Should’ve gone somewhere else, and definitely will next time.
