This place was dirty and the drink machine didn’t even work. There was no ice and the sodas weren’t even carbonated yet. There was a long wait. The cashier was nice. She had a nice vibe about her. When we had got our food and I tasted my burger, it tasted like sweat. The cheese didn’t taste right.

Every single time I have gone to this burger king in the last two months they tell us to wait for a minute then continue to make us wait 20 minutes with no one in line just to order our food. Then the food takes another 10+ minutes. We used to never have issues with this burger king. Also, I ordered a chicken sandwich and the bun was soaked in grease.

Came in last week with my family a stop an go. I saw only two workers, one in grill, the other associate doing front window and drive thru! These two associates handled all orders with grace ! High five to the two person crew, that evening

We stopped to get a couple of meals. After waiting in the drive thru for several minutes with no cars moving we went inside and was told that the restaurant was out of several items, including large patties. Since I had ordered off of the app I had to go to the BK website to get a refund. We went to a store across the street and the attendant there said that this is a terrible BK, the staff is not very good. From my experience, you would be better off stopping at one of the truck stops on I-49 or getting something in Bunkie if you are going that way.

This burger King should either get a real manager to keep supplies and food products in stocks or shut it down! They are always out of foods that are on menu or supplies. Last week they didn’t have onion rings this week no lettuce! They given out torn off pieces of paper towels because they didn’t have napkins. This is on manager not people that takes orders. Come on you’re losing customers and could do better than this!!!!

This was like being in the twilight zone. I had to stop and ask if they were open. The outside looks like no one has done any work on it since the COVID times. Food was OK. The people were really nice.

Whoever owns this place needs to pay attention! Service is lousy! It’s filthy! Employees’ attitudes are horrible! They never have everything on their menu. Drink machines stay broken, no ice, ice cream machine is broken more than McD’s, etc. Either clean house or close it!

This is probably the best burger I’ve ever had from any Burger King. It was very fresh and not a smashed mess. The fries were fresh and the coke was perfect! The drive-thru service was fast and friendly. I give it . Follow up Second visit i ordered a whopper and fries. The whopper tasted like it was made hour earlier, the bread was stale. Fries and drink was ok.

What are they doing? Deliberately trying to go out of business by scarring people away, maybe. Needs a good cleaning and a whole lot of maintenance. Not the standards the BK should be.

This place needs new management. Service was slow and the place was not up to standard. Its disappointing and disgusting overall in this place, I was not the only person to notice either. Who ever owns this business needs to see this and realize what is going on. Bathrooms, eating areas and every where else was not clean. Just imagine eating your food in here not pleasant at all.
