The drive thru lady was very polite and easy to hear on the speaker. Great service! But, was disappointed in the new Italian chicken sandwich (needed seasonings and it was much smaller than expected). Sad too b/c my onion rings were cold & all scattered in the bag. Poor customer service limp greasy bacon and cold greasy hash browns!! And it wad 6 in the morning!!! My daughter just smelt the food and was nauseous!! Rude customer service and had to repeat our order 5 times and all we got was 2 sides of bacon, 2 sides of hash browns and a medium coke. Better check your food for freshness before you leave bc I would have never paid for it if I knew it was going to be cold and nasty! Burger King has a long way to go to learn customer service and quality of food! A good Moto for themthem should be if you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it to your customers!!
