Very rude at the second window a lady with an ugly blond bob wig on. Then she acted like they couldn’t give refunds and was trying to make me keep a burger I didn’t want,once the rudeness started. Definitely need better employees

Just like every other Burger King in Shreveport, they’ve successfully hired the ABSOLUTE RUDEST employees. They don’t even talk to you at the window because they’re too busy playing Candy Crush & gossiping with coworkers. If you get onion rings, you have to ASK for onion ring sauce, they roll their eyes like you’re wasting their time & they only give you ONE package for a LARGE order. Food is so-so, but the workers are THE WORST. This one should burn down like the one in Market St. did. (it’s a shame because I REALLY DO LIKE BK’s food)

The worst burger king I ever been to. For one everytime I ordered a impossible whopper or impossible king, they always put real beef on it instead of the impossible patty. I never get a receipt. The customer service is horrible. And I always gotta pull up to the front door to wait for my order even tho its wrong evey time.

The attendant at the drive-thru window did not say one word to me when I pulled up to the window to get my food. I had a mobile order, so I had already paid. But for her to just hand my bag out the window and not say a single word was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.

Went here Thursday for last time. You tell them what you want added or cut off your burger and they repeat it, ask if the order is right and still give you what they want to. The fries taste like they’ve been soaking in a salt bath. The fish patty looks like it’s been cooked in old grease. I’m done no more from this location

I, unfortunately, did not get her name but the worker at the window on Youree Drive location around 9:45pm was the SWEETEST fast food worker I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was patient with ordering, repeated our order and made recommendations. Her customer service was on point from start to finish and it was a breath a fresh air! I know how rarely the food service industry/workers receive positive feedback, so I wanted to give her the praise she deserves! Food was hot, fresh and correct!

I tried to use a coupon for 2 whopper small size meals for $10.99 yesterday. The “deal” was a coupon from the app. The female employee in the drive thru told me all the coupon code did was add my name to my order. I suggested she try entering the order as meals instead of just 2 burgers and 2 fries and then maybe the coupon would work. She told me it would not make a difference. Then another employee told her the same thing and she voided the order and started over. She then asked for the coupon code again but the app wouldn’t give me a new code because the code was already used when she entered it on the previous voided order. I gave her the original code again and of course the register said the code wasn’t valid because it had been used on the previously voided order. Instead of honoring the discount because SHE messed up she proceeded to tell me, “see, that code isn’t valid” and had the nerve to ask if I wanted anything else?. Uh, no I wanted the $10.99 deal, thats why I came to the restaurant. I can’t, so I just left.
