This experience was poor. The order included food, drinks, and shakes – all ordered to go. The food and drinks were completed in a timely fashion. But, we had to wait 30 MINUTES for the shake machine to be started (this was 11:30am – why was it not already on) and begin working before the shakes could be made. Now the food was cold and the ice in the drinks had melted. Then, the shakes were runny because I guess it wasn’t cold enough yet. When trying to get answers on the order status, the woman at the counter was rude and dismissive. They need to do MUCH better.

Been eating here once a week for last few weeks as my daughter has practice nearby and it’s the closest place to get a burger… they are so rude every single time! They make u pull around and park even when no cars are behind u. When they got our food wrong they were very rude about it when we asked for it to be fixed. Very unprofessional here !

The fries were soggy. And one of the employees was trying to convert me to her pentecostal church while I was dining inside. I’m baptist and don’t do pentecostal churches. She was nice and all, but no thanks. And she asked me for money to give for her daughters go fund me or something like that. I’m broke. Could barely get a burger. I don’t want to be hassled and hit up for money inside burger King. What the heck.

Ghetto fabulous restaurant. CSR tried to give me old onion rings mixed with fresh ones. They fixed my other half burger without bacon even though he specifically asked for some. There was no ice and no consideration for the customer.

Hubby decided to surprise me with a Burger as he had found a “deal” on his phone: 2 Burgers, 2 Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Nuggets, and fries. Got home…. everything EXCEPT the burgers… very disappointed!!!
