Ordered a whopper meal thru the drive thru and the order was made wrong, went back on the inside and they were making my food without gloves. I was so disgusted I just got a refund. Never will I eat there again

I ordered bacon king burger, asked for heavy mayonnaise. I only got a smear, they the bacon on my sandwich put extra ketchup on it. When I said something about it. I was told next time order it normal. The gentleman was rude even to customers behind me told him that. The gentlemen drop some mayo on the table or paper I couldn’t tell but he used my bun to wipe it.

The quality of food is great. The service at the drive thru is extremely slow. From placing my order to getting my food, I know I was there a good 20 to 25 minutes. The only reason I stayed in line was for my grandchild. Once I got to the window and paid, 10 minutes later someone else came trying to charge me for someone else’s order. She asked me what I ordered. I told her and she went right over and fixed my food. I was thinking why couldn’t I have gotten serviced sooner. Bad Services!

Staff was wearing masks, but under their chins. Their entire faces, noses, and mouths were exposed as they handled food. It’s obvious that management does not require or enforce proper health and safety standards here. If a mask is on, it needs to cover your mouth and nose to be effective. All employees had their noses exposed and two out of the three I saw had their entire faces and mouths exposed as they handled food. I suggest that management review their video cameras and reprimand the employees that are not following proper health and safety protocol.
