CC has amazing customer service. As soon as I pulled to the speaker she greeted me & ask if I could take the time to look at the menu & she will be with me shortly. I didn’t have to wonder if they are opened or if I needed to pull to the window due to headset issues. She has a beautiful smile & great personality! She also made sure my order was correct!!!

This evening at 6:45pm, June 8, 2023, we ordered whopper meals for 2 with a coupon in the drive-thru. The employee was nice and we paid with cash. When we got home, we realized we couldn’t even identify the flavor our two drinks, which were supposed to be Diet Cokes, but were definitely not. I called the restaurant to tell them something might be wrong with their drink machine, but the phone rang 10 times and no one answered, so I hung up. I suggest the manager check on this.

One of the worst experiences I have had with BK in awhile. The cashier wasn’t paying any attention (my boyfriend and I were the only people there) and I kept having to get her attention at the counter and repeated my order myltiple times and she STILL managed to get it wrong. The food was pretty terrible. Didn’t taste fresh at all. My sandwich was plain even though that is not how I ordered it. My cookies were burnt. The food took awhile. The place was a mess. I won’t be going back to that location if I don’t have to. We only went there because it was on our way home.

Most of the time it takes hours to get your food, this time some idiots were slacking off, not working, on their phone. They had around 7 cars waiting just to see them, and not do anything? Why even work if you don’t want to be there. I try to give the benefit of the doubt because most of the time they aren’t payed well, and the job sucks, but this is just unprofessional.

Poor customer service. Food takes too long. They don’t say you’re welcome or anything. They act like they don’t want to be at work. This lady gave me almost half of a $5 bill and I politely asked her if she could replace it because no one was going to take it. I will not be going to that Burger King anymore. Other than that I will say my food was hot.

The service through the drive thru was TERRIBLE! I didnt get my straw, bread was cold, didnt give me the right drink, no napkins and i rushed to get my food. Do not recommend go to another fast food place but not this one!

Waited over 15 minutes, and then I had to ask about my order. Then somebody finally started making it. Is this what a Whopper is supposed to look like?? Drink machine was out of most beverages and the sweet tea ran out as I was filling my cup. Inside was disgusting with trash all over the place. Don’t even waste your time here. I certainly won’t be back.

Soo, the last time we came here… I ordered the impossible burger… The drive thru lady was so sweet and so kind loved that… Even got all the orders correct… But I did end up with food poisoning… Everyone got a whooper and I was the only one that got an impossible burger… I’ve had it plenty times from here, not sure what happened but I probably won’t be eating from here again… At least for awhile now..
