We don’t normally eat Burger King but my daughter asked me to stop here since it’s en route to her job. As soon as we pulled to the speaker the order taker came on. Since we don’t eat here often, I asked for a minute to look at the menu. Her reply was, “I’d love to give you a minute baby, but we are on a timer.” As someone who has bad anxiety already, her rushing almost ruined my morning. I didn’t even place my order but my daughter placed hers. I will not be stopping at that location again. I understand being timed but everyone is. You’re losing money when people can’t even review what you have to offer. And BK parking lots are usually empty, and it’s not because their service is moving so fast.

This place had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a drive-through! The worker was rude. She deleted my order, and when I got to the window, she refused to reenter the order. She raised her voice, and I asked to speak to the manager. The manager sided with her initially, until I asked to speak to her supervisor. The manager eventually apologized. I told her I was was from out of town, and had not raised my voice at the window employee. She eventually comped my meal, even though I told her I was willing to pay. Don’t do it. Don’t stop here. Just keep moving to the next Burger King on the list.

Had an interview today at 9 in the morning. Not only was the Hiring Manager late for the interview, but repeatedly walked passed me multiple times for 1 hour. Do better, if you want better! Do not apply to this Burger King, because you will just be wasting your time.

Rather than asking questions and helping a customer, workers at this location tell the customer they are ordering the wrong way with extreme attitude. Then they have us wait up front and still bring the food missing a whole meal.

The lady was the only employee in the building at the time we ordered. She was taking orders and making the food. The store was out of a lot of food items. With all of the issues she was facing, she kept a good attitude and even took the time to smile and greet us at the window. Some items were left out but it was expected when she had 3 cars waiting outside to receive our food. She rectified the order and made it right.

Tired of low life trash working at these food joints. Asking for Ketchup and the mean black lady wants to roll her eyes and act like it sooo hard to give out the Ketchup packets and huff and puff. Gross. These companies wanna hire these uneducated, nasty people then your food will always suck because they could care less about there own life why would they care about your food!

Service is terrible I’m not going back to another burger King ever again . I’ll go to another burger joint. I had to wait asked me to back up then got nerve enough to have nasty attitudes. I didn’t eat my food cause i didn’t trust them.

This is the WORST location. First uberEATS brought the wrong order. Then when I had to reorder it after uberEATS refunding it, they kept delaying the order and switched drivers AT LEAST 5 times before one called me asking if I had ever gotten my food. I told him no and explained what had been going on. He told me that Burger King had told him that my order had already been picked up two times and they could not make it again. I never received my food. He told me I would have to cancel the order and reorder it AGAIN. I then tried to call the store and the girl that answered couldn’t hear me because of the ridiculously loud music in the background. I tried to call back and got hung up on again when she couldn’t hear me. So then I used the refund I got from uberEATS and switched locations and FINALLY got my order not too long after that (however, that driver got lost). This was clearly a mixture of the restaurant and the drivers getting mixed up – but mostly the restaurant given the circumstances. I will never eat there again.
