A friend and I ate here on the way to Baton Rouge. Without a doubt, this was the best Burger King restaurant we have eaten at in a long time! The meat was cooked correctly and hot, also no salt was added which is what I prefer. The lettuce was fresh and crisp as well as the tomatos, and remaining condiments. We are still discussing how nice this Burger King was for quick food to go. The french fries were cooked perfectly in fresh grease – makes all the difference. Thank you!

This place is never open. It was 9:00pm on Thursday cars there, lights on nobody inside. Waited at the drive through for 5-10 minutes nobody said anything. I pulled over to call the number and THEN she gets out her vehicle and walks into the place. After watching me sit there. They constantly close early. Ridiculous.

Worst burger king I’ve been to in this state hands down and unfortunately it’s in the best little town in the state. The employees and management need to be wiped clean and start fresh. The food is the worst barely edible half the time, nuggets burnt, fry’s raw or stale, bacon raw, not even a half an egg in the breakfast sandwiches it’s unreal. The frozen drink machine and shakes are always out of order. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner doesn’t matter it’s a lost cause most of them are rude as well. Which tells me the employees are out of order themselves like the machine and not doing their jobs, they are inadequate. I’ve returned food multiple times here for refunds. I like burger king far better than McDonald’s everywhere else but McDonald’s next door to this burger king is far superior.

About 7:00 pm on December 27th, my fried and I stopped at Burger King in St. Francisville and we like inside service if available. We opened the door and asked a black gentlemen if they had inside service and he said that they welcomed him to order his dinner. However, the staff that were all black chased us outside and told us that we had to go through the drive thru. The black gentleman shook his head in disapproval. I tried to ask a question about the special of 2 dinners for about $5.50 when we would go through the drive- thru and she yelled at me to get out. We were white and are very courteous to everybody, but we hate to be treated so bad simply because we were white, rather than black.the drive- thru was jammed, so we did not order.

It’s fast food. The 5 dollar deals are a good value. Ladies at the window are nice and I’ve never had a bad experience there. The impossible whopper tastes just like a regular whopper, you have to try it!

Bathrooms were clean, but the air conditioner was set on 81. It was way too warm in there. We didn’t stay, so I can’t speak to the food. The people seemed like they were nice, as was the location, but they had that air set way too high to stay. Maybe there was an issue, but it wasn’t one we could address, obviously.

For not trying burger king in years due to burger king reasons, was pleasantly surprised by this location. Ordered online now twice and while order wasn’t 100% correct either time the food was tasty. The inside is remodeled and has some features I haven’t seen in any other burger king.
