I went in through the drive through to get 2 orders, 1 small and 1 big order, and the lady receiving the orders kept telling me that those were 3 orders not 2 and she could only do 2 orders at a time. I tried to explain to her that it was 2 orders in 2 separate bills and she kept telling me that it was 3 bills. She was rude most of the time. And had the store locked at 7:15am so we couldn’t get in to make our orders. I left but she started cursing at us and making obscene signs at us.

If I could give it a zero I would. I went to the drive thru on 8/28/23 around 6:15pm and ordered a whopper jr with cheese no tomato, no pickle. When I gor home I had a whopper with no cheese. I called and the first time no one would pick up. I called again and they picked up and hung up the phone in my face. I called a third time and had to explain several times why my order was wrong. The girl was like “ok.” Then I said are you all going to replace my order. She said I had to bring it back today. I told her I was already home and wasn’t coming all the way back up there. I told her I would come the next time I pass that way but she said it had to be today. I told her I would just report it. Now I’m waiting to see what’s going to happen. I just want my $5.87 refunded and I will not be visiting that Burger King ever again!!!!

Literally the worse customer service ever. 20 minutes for a burger and fries because “they ain’t got no spicy chicken fries”. No customers in the restaurant, a few cars in drive through. The young man on the grill told the rude, young man in the front 3xs that my food was there. Yet he intentionally ignored him and proceeded to do drive through orders. When I finally got sick of him ignoring the fact that my food was there, he moved in snail mode fixing it and put it on the counter. Ridiculous. This restaurant has been on a decline for months now. They should either find customer service oriented people or close it. Either way I’m never going over there again.

So, the main reason I go to a BK is onion rings. Point blank. Over the past 3 weeks I’ve gone on different days and every time I go to this location they are “out of onion rings”not sure how you consistently run out of one of the staples of your fast food chain, but okay.

Made us stop in the drive thru before we got to the window to pay even though there was no one in front of us and there was a line behind us. Stuck out her hand and wouldn’t allow us forward. Very weird. She yelled at us to move forward after a while. What a weird encounter. Still trying to figure out what that was about.

Had a terrible experience every time I’ve went to this location! The service is slow, rude, sloppy and they don’t actually listen to get your order correct. 2 of the burgers had things on them that were specifically asked to be omitted and sooo much mayo I couldn’t eat it

I ordered for online pick-up and when I got there, the lobby was closed at 6pm on a Friday. So I went through the drive through and waited for 10 – 15 minutes and no one was there at the speaker, so I drove around and saw that there were people at the window that could of acknowledged me and told me if there is an issue or “hold on” or something! This is bad customer service
