Standing here waiting for it to be made I have no idea what’s even happening. I got mine and my daughter’s food was wrong. Then literally 5 workers argued with each other how it was supposed to be made, then the cashier took a call on her cell as a lady was standing there trying to order, they just told me they had to drop more chicken for her sandwich so I’ve been standing here this whole time without a damn person saying why it was taking so long, I ended up having to go back inside one more time because they still didn’t make my burger correctly, so the BLUF here is, You can deal with BK if you want but not me ever again.

If I could rate this zero stars trust me I would. I went to this location and they were not busy at all, I worked at a fast food restaurant I know how it is. But we used a $12.99 whopper meal for two coupon and our burgers were wrong and our “large fries” had maybe 10 fries in the carton, that’s barley enough to feed a toddler. This is one reason why I never go to Burger King and why they are going out of business

Just got my order brought to me in a parking space. Both burgers seem to have just come out of the refrigerator. Not cool. Ice cold. No napkins either. At least they were polite? Very disappointing.

NEARLY 30 minutes just to get lunch here……..the food is fine, but them employee’s need to learn how to multi-task. 5 cars in front of me, figured it out when it was my turn to order, they literally help one customer at a time. There was no one in front nor behind me, but was told to go park and food would be brought out……it was eventually.

This is a whopper that I just went through the drive thru and ordered at DeRidder, Louisiana, with mayo only with a little extra mayo I asked for. I can’t even hold it up to eat it without it falling apart. I called and finally got an answer and ask for a refund or replacement for another day and they refused to, unless I brought it back right now. I told them that I was running late and couldn’t come back tiday and sge said sorry, but you will have to bring it back. It has like a cup of mayo on it, lol

It was a little slow but the food was hot and fresh, the lady at the register was super friendly. So it made up for it. I overheard her telling someone there was only 2 of them working and to whomever the manager is, that’s just bad staffing on your part. Especially on a Saturday morning. Shame on you. To the 2 employees, y’all did an amazing job and have superior customer service.

We had to wait a few minutes to order since there was like 3 or 4 cars that decided to go in. The whole time, we heard the cashier singing/humming. When we ordered our food (2 orders of nuggets & 2 large fries as well as a chicken sandwich meal w/ onion rings). The lady repeated our exact order to us, but yet somehow when we received our food, she tells us that we never asked for the 2nd large fry or the onion rings. And we have been waiting there for more than 10 minutes.
