The one star is for the food and only that. This is without a doubt the best casino in town because your order is completely random. Food is fantastic, the IQ level, not so much, twice in one week my order was nuked. Monday October 7th, at approximately 3:45pm, I waited 5 or more minutes at the drive through (couldn’t imagine why I had to wait that long at 3:45pm). Then finally order what I wanted, pulled up to the window to which the first thing I hear is “I’m tired of this sh**” finally I received my nuked order in which I had to go back and replace.

This restaurant should have been closed… they can’t offer the same quality service as McDonalds, Subway, Taco Bell in the same plaza I have eaten at all of them during this week… I have a high truck 1 ton… So I went to go in… Manager said no dine in have to do drive thru… Waited in long line just to be told they have no tomato’s, no onions, no mustard and several other items… Manager smartly asked if I knew about the hurricane…( Which did not affect this area with any damage) so I went next door to subway and got a 12″ with tomato, onion, mustard, chicken and I parked in view of the manager and enjoyed my sandwitch… would not recommend this burger king any time. Even spoke with a candidate employee who left once she heard the situation she didn’t want to work with such disatisfsction…. Sad blaming hurricane for poor management.

The drive threw here is usually quick. However nine times out of ten you get the wrong order or cold food. This location has to be the rudest one to. They make you feel like you are causing them a great deal of grief and annoyance by ordering from them. I now try to avoid this location and hit up another one when I come across one. I love burger kings burgers and shakes. This location never has the shake machine working. Its a shame because better service they would get more customers. Ill choose mcDonald across the street just because they have nicer servers.
