“We closed” is what I got when I rolled up to the drive through. Their staff allows mobile orders to be placed while they are “closed” two and a half hours before their posted hours on the door. It says that the drive thru is open until 2:00 AM and they were closed at 11:45 PM. This has happened multiple times. When I asked why they were closed she said it was because “my manager said so” in an unfriendly tone. This is how they treat their customers who have already paid for their food… someone from corporate should come quickly because this store needs immediate attention! They are probably losing 5 cars every few minutes on a busy weekend night. That’s a lot of potential money driving away!

I ordered through uber eats for my family. Upon getting our food we noticed that all the burgers had very sad toppings the tomatoes, lettuce, and onion were very sparce. The condiments were doused on our food to where you had to scrape off all the excess. To top it off we cut one of the burgers in half only to find a dated and times cheese tag in the middle of the burger! We also were missing 2 fries and they said they couldn’t make our milk shakes. Once calling in for a refund the guy in the phone was incredibly rude and basically treated me like I was lying about it even though I have pictures!

Ms. Linda is the nicest and best worker I’ve ever seen. She deserves a raise. Honestly she runs that store like clockwork. When she worked at the store on Franklin it was the same thing. She’s amazing and so caring.

I’m currently sitting in the drive thru at 12:26am.. the lights are on, there are workers inside, there are 3 cars behind me, nobody is taking my order though. According to google this place is open until 2am. I’ve been here for 8 minutes.

Store closes at 1am but they refuse to take orders after midnight because they start “cleaning up” so basically your store closes ar 1am but the owner is being cheap on labor cost and having then clean an hr before they close. Also lady with pink hair was very rude and cursing over the speaker.

Bought a jr Whopper, triple with beacon, 2 medium fry, and 2 drinks . It was all cold buns where hard . Drove 2 blocks . Speakers weren’t working and could hardly hear them . Of course, the server at the window was very nice . I don’t expect my food to be steaming hot, but at least warm would be nice. I’m not sure if they made a bunch Patty’s ahead of time .
