Pretty good food, considering where you’re eating. Better than other BKs I’ve been to. Staff friendly. Fast service, my orders have yet to be wrong.

It was relatively clean and the line went quick but the food was not very hot. I got a veggie burger and it was surprisingly dry and stiff compared to what it is usually like. Staff was nice and efficient.

This Burger King is extremely slow, idk if they’re understaffed or under trained. The worst problem is they are not ready at their open time. Which is understandable but not almost an hour after open. It’s understandable that it’s a small town and not many people will come through in the morning. But even if one person wants breakfast they need to be completely ready to serve at 6 o clock

Saw one of the MANAGERS sticking her bare unwashed hands into the pickle container and touching the cheese. I don’t think she realized we could see her but it was disgusting. We threw away the food afterwards. Very unsatisfied. This happened at sometime late afternoon evening on October 13th. The cashier at the window was super nice however, not sure the name but they had colored hair (green and purple I think) and where very polite.

The service was ok but we couldn’t get what we wanted. Spicy chicken was out because they were going to change their menu.. what? Ok, I’ll take a regular chicken sandwich and an ice-cream cone, oh sorry we close down our machine for the day. It was only 6pm!

I stopped here to pick up lunch during a cross country road trip and I was very impressed with the experience. First, the employees were masked and I really appreciate that. Second, the entire team behind the counter was so friendly! Third, the entire restaurant including the restrooms was impeccably clean. Fourth, the food was great – I really love that I can rely on Burger King for great vegetarian options! We ordered Impossible Whoppers and onion rings. We’re pretty picky and the orders came out perfect. At this point in the pandemic it’s common to find places where the team feels burnt out – but not here. It was a nice change of pace to have such a great and Covid safe experience. I’ll stop back in on my return trip for sure.

I happened to stop by this location twice in the last week and my order was wrong each time. Once was during breakfast (I ordered a ham & cheese croissant without the egg and I got a breakfast burrito without egg….) and the other was for lunch (which I got diet soda instead of regular, no onion ring sauce, and we were missing an order of chicken nuggets). We used to stop by on the way to the interstate because it’s usually one of the more reliable place in Lexington but after my last couple experiences we’ll probably just hop on the interstate and stop to eat somewhere else along the way.
