What a joke. I sat in the drive thru for a few minutes and finally asked,” is anyone there?” With a rude response “ ya I’ll be with you in a minute!” I then ordered a quad bk king combo, whopper combo, and wanted to try the Mexican chicken sandwich. $32. Ouch. Bk king quad was a disappointment. White Castle sliders were bigger than this. Hence the picture in my hand I took 2 bites of and you can see in my hand the tininess. Then the Mexican chicken sandwich was drier than the Sahara desert and looked sadder than a kid who got his candy or toys taken away. The 2 large onion rings containers were half empty like the window lady pocketed them before handing them out the window. This company has gone down the window. They have doubled their prices and cut the food to nothing. I did a review a month or so ago about the rodeo burgers and honestly if you look at that review the rodeo burger was the same size as this quad bk king burger. I want my money back and I’ll never come near you again. You were rude, overpriced and underserved.

Ordered an hour ahead in the app. Drive thru lane was backed up, so tried to go inside to pick up… doors were locked. Got back in the drive thru lane 3 cars behind my original spot and waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker. Once at the speaker, had to wait 10 minutes to tell them I had an app order. 15 minutes later, I got to the pickup window and they didn’t have my order ready! It was only two cheeseburgers with extra onions, mayo and pickles with a large fry, but had to pull around into a parking spot and wait 10 minutes for them to bring it out. Got back to my workplace 2 blocks away with 45 minutes of my lunch hour gone and started eating. The fries were good, but the burgers were barely warm and the buns were dry and stale.

I noticed a sign on the drive through that said they had no ice. I thought was absolutely crazy, but figured I will just get some once I get hime. Once I ordered and drove around to pay, the guy that was working the window never greeted me, or said Thank You. The only thing he said was, pull around to the other side and we will bring your food out. So here I sat with 5 other cars, waiting for our food, from the time I gave them my order to the time they brought me my food was 17 Minutes. 17 minutes, and the guy that brought me my food, never offered a explanation nor a Thank you for waiting.

I have always had a horrible experience here until today. Well done with your new hires. I thought I give it one more try after a year from being here. Glad I did for my daughter.
