I love Burger King but the Columbus, Ne location is the worst ever! I personally witnessed one of their cooks walk out of the restroom without washing his hands and he returned to preparing food orders! Also, the dining room is gross! Everything is sticky, and makes you feel like you need a shower after your visit.

Zero stars. Zero. Staff charged us for our meals but only made half of it. They were too busy laughing/screwing around to make sure it was all prepared. We pointed it out and they laughed in our faces. Took longer to finally get all of what we had paid for. Food still ended up being awful- buns hardened/shriveled, burgers cold, fry containers partially filled. Shut it down.

Impossibly slow service even when you’re the only one in line. They hardly ever make the order correct. It’s a 20% chance if you’ll get cheese on your sandwich even though you paid for it. I went last week and they gave my order to the lady in front of me. Then when they remade mine, I still didn’t get the right one. I ordered a whopper meal and got a original chicken that was chewy and soaked with grease. No use fighting because I already wasted 25 mins of my 30 min break waiting in line.

I went through the drive through they were not busy but still took 15 min to get my food and then I checked to make sure we had enough burgers and fries in the bag. But when we get home the order was completely wrong we asked for the number one no cheese and get a regular cheese burger. And cold fries and onion rings but they sure charged us for the whopper meal and then I couldn’t even call to say anything cuz there phone was busy all night and I live outside town. Not happy!
